No wonder they have a 3.2 rating currently. Terrible location with workers who have a knack for having an attitude with customers for no apparent reason. They throw the food around and make mistake orders because they are rushing everything. You stand at the counter waiting for service, and somehow all 8 ppl working are busy even though there’s only 3 customers. “Have you been helped yet?” Does it look like I’ve been helped if I’m standing directly in front of the counter?Imagine being only .3 points away from being a 2.something location…ew. Why do you all not feel the need to clean things? Why are you smashing customers orders after you put them in the box/bag?

This Dunkin is by far the worst,I paid $9.62 for 4Blueberry muffins,they were brought to me in a paper bag,the bag was too small to close so I ask if he would put them in a box and also ask if he was sure those were blueberry,he said they were,it took a few minutes to return at which time I asked again if all 4 were blueberry,he again said they were.When I got home and checked,all 4 were chocolate chip,I’m not allergic to chocolate but I have reflux and the chocolate causes me some sensitivity issues. Tried calling the store but no one answers

They only get 2 starts cause the lady at the window was sweet. I got food on my way to work, upon opening the wrapper to my chicken bacon cheese croissant I was burnt!! So now I’m at work hungry. Other employees in back ground were cussing with in the ability to hear from drive thru window. No the best impression.

I’m upset I just left the drive through and the girl that gave me my food nose was running. She had boogers all in her nose like a child! I tried to call but nb answered. I don’t want to hurt her feelings. However she can’t do that. I can’t even eat this. 11 dollars wasted! Please make sure the employees face is clean.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts Sunday morning around 7am 1/25/26 to get a couple of glazed donuts and a bagel before heading out to the course for a 7:30 tee time. I bit into the donut and it was hard and cold as if it was just revived from the refrigerator. The bagel was just the same. I only spent $7 for the order so I just took the loss. I called and spoke to a lady who identified her self as Brittany the assistant manager. She apologized and told me I can come back and get a replacement. I went back later that morning after playing and Brittany was no longer on shiftm I explained to the young lady who was working the drive through what happened and Brittany must not have communicated to her or the rest of the staff that someone may be coming to get a replacement order. The young girl started to dismiss me and told me I would need to come back when the manager I spoke to was available. When I identified the manager by name and asked if it was possible to call her she seemed to reluctantly concees and proceed to provide my repl

Thank you so much to this crew for making my kids birthday party a hit! I called a week in advance to order 52 donuts for a Dunk & Donuts themed combined party and they hit the ball out of the park. I was truly taken back by the kindness, quick service, and how perfect everything came out. The handoff was perfect! You guys are awesome and I appreciate everything. I’m sorry I can’t remember names but everyone in the DT crew on Saturday July 6th including the manager on duty was all smiles, and helpful.

Very clean and nice people working that had to explain to me exactly what the heck I ordered lol. All the doughnuts were consistent with the other dunkin’ doughnuts consistency is key. My daughter and i ride our bike up during the weekend and have breakfast. She loves it.

Pulled up to the window and apparently ruined this woman’s day by wanting some tea and donuts, horrible attitude, when I finally get to the window after putting my car in park cause I was waiting so long, she finds the window open and goes “$20”… no hello, no thank you for waiting. Just “$20” after getting parked in the parking lot I open my bag to realize my hash browns are still frozen inside and my sandwich is burnt!! Either cook the food or don’t how do you manage to do both?! Whoever the old lady at the window was, if you don’t like your job don’t show up, or work from home. It’s not my fault you chose this path in life to become a Dunkin’ worker at 58

Starbucks likes to thank you for your continuous support… I finally found a drink at Dunkin that I like and is not too sweet for me and you can’t even make that right! $8 for a coffee it should be right. Maybe I’ll try again sometime but as for now I think na. I’ll go back to Starbucks. I ordered everything bagel received plain bagel. Our drinks were not filled all the way. It’s not cheap, you should make it correctly! I bring it back and they want to just add more milk to it. Ha!
