We met some friends at OPA’s Grill. I chose the restaurant after looking up the menu and the ratings. It did not disappoint. I had the chicken Alfredo and my hubby had the fish and chips. Both were delicious. Our friends said their meals were as well. The men decided to order a blackberry dessert and they both couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Everything had epic portions. We did not leave hungry! I’m sorry I didn’t get pictures of the food.

The lemon chicken soup is really really good and the salad very very fresh and delicious. I had the mini meatloafs and they were I would say average. I should have tried some other Greek specialties but still tasty. They serve blackberry cobbler. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back. The service is so great. Staff is so nice and come by to check on the table and they’re just overall friendly people

I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it was rich, creamy, and full of flavor . My husband went with the fish and chips, and his plate was just as impressive — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside . We were both very happy with our choices!
Our friends also mentioned how much they enjoyed their meals, which made the whole experience even better . It’s always nice when everyone at the table leaves satisfied. Overall, it was a wonderful evening with great food and even better company ✨. We’ll definitely be back!

We went to Marshalltown for an appt., looked up restaurants in the area and wanted to check this place out. The french fries were hot, crisp and delicious. So were
the onion rings. The salad was fresh and delicious. The pasta with shrimp and scallops were delish. They served grated parmesan on the pasta. How nice! Even “italian restaurants” don’t have fresh grated parmesan. The gyro was quite good. The service was excellent. We were greeted at the door and seated promptly. And one of the cooks greeted us as well. (so friendly). We loved this.
This is definitely a restaurant you should check out. We will be returning here!

Get the Flaming Cheese! The Gyros are awesome. The made in house fries are some of the best around. Skip the burgers, they were disappointing considering how great the rest of our food was. Absolutely, visit this place! The service is quick and friendly. The place is wonderfully clean. Lots of parking.

The food was pretty good. But my parents ended up finding out that their banking information had been compromised at this location. One of the waitstaff actually used my parents’ banking information to gain money or goods and services. The person that helped us was the younger girl with a dark, curly hair. I guess her tip wasn’t good enough. She had to help herself.

Hot sauce and Kalamate olives options for gyros would make them better. Vegetarian option but wish it wasn’t broccoli. Tofu o garbanzo beans and Kalamate olives with spinach cucumber tomato on gyro might be nicer. Otherwise overall delicious food. Diner type atmosphere. Service is quick and polite.
