First time trying cava and I was a little overwhelmed with so many options. Jess was wonderful and really helped explain what ingredients were in what for me really makes such a different when staff is kind and helpful. The food was excellent. Restaurant is very clean and nice inside.

When my bowls were being made, I asked for extra fixings because it looked half empty. I agreed to the additional charge, but no extra fixings were actually added to the bowl.
I visit this location every Tuesday, and I’ve noticed that the portions have been getting smaller over time. This has been disappointing, especially since Cava is usually known for generous and consistent servings.
I hope this can be addressed so future visits meet the quality and value I’ve come to expect.

I had to leave a review for Shayla at CAVA because she truly deserves recognition. Every time I come in, Shayla goes above and beyond with her customer service. She’s friendly, welcoming, and you can tell she really cares about the food she’s making and the people she’s serving.
Her steak bowls are hands down the best I’ve ever had at CAVA. The portions are perfect, everything is fresh, and she makes sure every ingredient is put together just right. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants every customer to leave happy.
Great employees like Shayla are the reason people keep coming back. She represents what great service should look like, and I honestly think she would be an amazing candidate for a promotion or leadership role. CAVA is lucky to have her!

Unfortunately, our experience here was ruined because there was an alive, big green stink bug in our food. The food was actually good until we saw that crawling around in the bowl… we immediately went back and received a full refund, and the manager & staff were kind and helpful. However, I’m still unsettled by the fact we could have eaten a live bug. Extra protein I guess…?

After a movie I decided to get a bowl at Cava and let me tell you that food was incredible! They let you substitute your options and give you recommendations too! The staff were really nice and helpful! Everyone seemed happy to be there!

My first time visiting this new location. Staff is very friendly accommodating helpful professional. They made me fresh falafel because they only had 2 left. Looked up my rewards I had free drink…love blueberry lavender tea…Happy enjoyable will be back sooner than later! Thank you kindly!!!

I had such an amazing experience at the CAVA in Brick! This location is so clean, well-organized, and the whole atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and attentive, which really makes a difference.

Been coming here for the last few months and the food is always fresh filling and amazing! Today our experience got even better as we were served by David, the young man was a rockstar, came over and checked on our satisfaction and shared with us about the app we had no idea about for ordering and rewards! First time at Cava and I am beyond glad for the experience. The food was fresh and flavorful with more options than I had hunger! As delicious as the food is…as clean as the restaurant is… The “secret sauce” is the staff!! Jess was at the ready to enthusiastically explain the varieties of offerings. She was clearly a fan of the food and that made me excited for my meal.
David came around with some generous teasers of cinnamon pits – which were delicious and on my next order for sure! Jess also checked in with us to be sure we loved our meal. We enjoyed a beautiful conversation as she explained how this company prioritizes people. The “love” was tangible.
