Josh was AMAZING handling a large order that I put in, he was always friendly and patient. He is very professional and down to earth. The other workers there seem to be a good crew too, thank you Caesar for letting me how to best coordinate my event. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve seen a couple bad reviews for this place… and I gotta tell you, I can’t figure it out! This Domino’s is amazing! I love it. It’s close to our house so we always choose this one… and I eat pizza like it’s my job. Also, I like to eat Domino’s because with the app you get points for each pizza and we got lots of free pizzas because of it. But anyway, back to the review…. I have been here many, many times and they always get our order right. The pizza is always cooked really nicely. The people at the window (I always use the pick up window) are always super nice. It’s great! This is a great Domino’s location. All these photos I posted are pizzas we’ve bought over the last year since we lived here… My daughter and I love the pan cheese pizza… and we usually get their lava cakes, which are dope. But anyways, check out that philly (1st photo)!! I’m telling you, this place is great. If you’re looking for a pizza from a major pizza chain here in Wilmington, go to this Domino’s.

I like going to this location; it is close. The staff are always cooking my pizza properly, whether it’s by phone, online, or just walking up. I’ve had a couple of times when they made mistakes, and they have taken care of the issue promptly with the proper reimbursement.

Delivery driver was a cool guy, but that’s about all I can say positive about this experience. Pizza was terrible, had waaaaay too much tomato sauce on it, like I’m talking heaps and mounds of tomato sauce. The cook must be really trigger-happy with the tomato sauce. They also forgot to send our dipping-sauces we paid for, which pretty much ruined the bread bites experience as well.

Delivery is a scam! Put an order in to deliver an hour ahead. Was made 30 minutes early and said it was delivered but never came. When I tried calling the store it rang twice and hung up. When I tried to place a “new order” to talk to someone, it went to an off shore call center. Doing a charge back on the credit card. Would recommend not ordering delivery here!

Absolutely disgusting. I placed an order for delivery and specified to place order in hand. My order was left on my porch on the ground……. It doesn’t matter if it’s in a box who would want their food on the ground outside on the front porch where people walk daily… beyond filthy and zero common sense

Placed an order at 9:48pm. By 11:35 the order is still not delivered. The kid driving answered and said it was out of his area which the app automatically directs you to that store to order. This is absolutely asinine and I can’t honestly think of a worst customer service issue I have had with ANY COMPANY. To knowingly complete an order and drive it around to turn around and go back to the store and not call for 2 HOURS is ridiculous. I don’t care if you’re “understaffed” welcome to real life. Got to figure it out and be a little more competent.

Rude and Inefficient. Ordered a delivery for my mother just a couple blocks away stipulating the closing time at her place. I called Dominoes after receiving a call from my mother that the pizza hadn’t arrived yet and the facility was now closed. I was told by a woman that they were short a driver and I told them that they might as well cancel and refund the order since the receptionist was gone for the day. Then she told me they were just sending the driver out. Again, I tried to explain that there was no receptionist there but she hung up me on mid-sentence. When I tried to call back, no one answered. I called later and asked for the manager. I got someone who said they were an assistant manager and that they were going through some kind of management shuffle and I should call back the next day. I called back the next day asking for a manager. When he got on the phone, he refused to give me his name and just remained silent. Sure does look like they need a management and staff reshuffle.

This what you get served when you come and pick up in the drive thru window. No bacon that I paid for and both pizzas burnt. This one was the worse. Get it home and try to call and get it fixed and your put on hold for 10 min. Unacceptable. They knew what they put in the box and continued to put it out anyway.
