I usually order a bean curd family. It has a light brown sauce that really brings out the flavor of the tofu, which has been cooked to have a tougher outside and a nice spongie inside. Then adding in the vegetables, that smooth flavor really pops out. It’s delicious.

Chef Chu’s is always amazing, simple as that. I’ve never had a bad food experience here, whether dining in or taking out. Highly recommend the pot stickers, sesame chicken, honey chicken, and hibachi chicken. Sesame chicken is crispy and saucy, just the way it should be! It’s so great to finally have Chinese food that is NOT just a soggy, gristley mess like you find elsewhere. Great staff too – Keep up the great work guys!!!!

We decided to give Chef Chu’s a try recently, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality, quantity and freshness of our food. The servers were attentive and kind, and we were seated immediately. The food was very fresh and came out quickly. Give their potstickers a try, as they are made fresh in house. I loved the Thai curry, and my son was pleased with his crispy katsu style lemon chicken. So delicious!! Can’t wait to go back!

Great food at good prices, served by friendly waiters. It’s a shame there was no buffet like there was in the pictures!

I’ve always enjoyed Chef Chu’s wontons, which used to be a standout dish for me. However, since the change in ownership, I’ve noticed a shift in the quality and consistency of their wontons. While they’re still decent, they no longer capture the same exceptional flavor and texture that made them a favorite.
On a positive note, their pot stickers are excellent! However, I did notice that the coconut shrimp has changed as well. During my most recent visit, the shrimp were noticeably smaller, and the sauce tasted like it might have been pre-packaged rather than freshly made, which was disappointing.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our most recent visit was the service. We found a piece of hair in our food. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this is not something you expect to see in a restaurant. When we respectfully informed the waiter, he seemed confused and unprepared to address the issue. We had to repeat ourselves several times, and instead of apologizing or offering a resolution, he just walked away. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but the lack of professionalism made the experience even more disappointing.
Overall, the declining food quality and poor handling of customer concerns have left me unwilling to return. Chef Chu’s used to be a favorite, but sadly, it’s no longer the same.

Ordered General Tso’s Chicken very spicy. The dish had no spice at all, very disappointing. The dish consisted of very small pieces of chicken overwhelmed by far too much breading. It had been in the deep fryer so long that the pieces were hard and crunchy. It was served dry. A couple teaspoons of “sauce” had been put on the plate, with the dry, crunchy pieces on top. What’s the point of the little bit of sauce? Total disappointment.

Great lunch menu, moo goo gai pan with fried rice, spring roll, crab rangoon, and egg drop soup. All was fresh hot, and great taste. Portion size great for a lunch menu. Very reasonable price too! Friendly fast service with a smile.

Lowmein chicken tasted like dirt, wontons side tasted like filling was fried in rancid cooking oil. Egg drop soup was good, tasted like chicken broth with cooked egg in it. Mongolian beef was tender hardly any flavor.
