I ordered a regular Mega Cheesesteak with fries and a drink. They don’t have the price of the subs on the menu posted in the restaurant for some reason. The sub is shaved steak, I think it was salami, grilled banana peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. They gave me plenty of meat in the sandwich. It was hot, sloppy and melty. Some might say it’s too salty. The fries were fresh. Paid $20 for the meal, more than I’d like to pay but the quality was pretty decent. I’d like to try other items on the menu

Penn station is a great sandwich place ever the service is really good. The people are nice here and they know how to make a good sandwich and a sandwich wrap really good. I should know because I’m eating at the Penn station at Dallas North Carolina. Katie any takiya did an amazing job making my food, which they do every time . Katie always has great energy, and takiya makes always check a on me!

My husband and I are traveling home to Orlando from Blowing Rock and were craving subs, so we decided to stop here and we are so happy we did. Freda the general manager is the absolute sweetest and took excellent care of us. After helping us she went back to helping and leading her team, who were all also amazing. Sean cooked my husband’s Philly cheesesteak which was one of the best we’ve ever had, I got the classic Italian and again probably the best I’ve ever had. The cut to order French fries which tasted homemade and the fresh squeezed lemonade were delicious. My husband was so excited to see they had fresh cut mushrooms rather than the canned kind that most places use, as well as the rest of the veggies and ingredients. Everything was amazing, the lemonade was so good we bought a half gallon to bring home with us. Anytime we drive through here we will definitely be stopping in to say hello to Freda and her team.

Haven’t been to this location often but this was a good experience! The cashier had a lot of patience with my indecisiveness and had a smile. That was nice to see and is rare nowadays in the food industry. Loved meeting the new GM, Freda! She definitely has the small town charm that fits in with our town. Gives me hope that this chain won’t be “just another restaurant” but will be a genuinely enjoyable place to eat and positive addition to our little town! Definitely going to start visiting more often after this experience 🙂

I come here pretty regularly, and Peyton is always someone who stands out. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to make sure orders are right and that customers feel taken care of, even when the place is busy. You can tell Peyton actually cares about the quality of service and about the people he’s helping. He stays calm, respectful, and patient, which makes a big difference as a customer. Experiences like that are the reason I keep coming back.

I just had a FANTASTIC experience at the Penn Station in Dallas. After a few bad experiences a couple years ago, I went to other locations regularly but today, this location was convenient so I stopped in. I walked in to find employees singing and dancing as they worked to clean the restaurant, I was greeted warmly and the GM came to the register to take my order. She was friendly and knowledgeable, we talked and laughed as she explained that she just took over this location. An employee named Jodie came over and hugged her, exclaiming how amazing she was. While waiting on my food, I watched GM Frida pull out prep tables by herself to clean under and behind them, cleaning chemicals were readily available within reach and she used them properly (That’s my line of work.) Coming back to this location felt like coming into a new restaurant, it was extremely clean and friendly, the food came out fresh and correct and Frida and Jodie made me feel like they appreciated my business. From the outside looking in, its rare to see employees happy to be at work. That being said, it seems that Frida has created an environment that the employees WANT to be there and it shows in the restaurant standards and customer interactions. I will definitely come back to this location in the future. Frida, if you or Jodie see this, thank you for this visit, it was definitely the highlight of my workday!

Stopped by Penn Station and had a great experience! The manager on duty Payton, was amazing and made sure everything was running smoothly. The whole team was very polite our sandwiches came out super quick, and the place was very clean. Definitely one of the best sub spots around Dallas, NC can’t wait to come back!

The absolute BEST Penn Station! Jodie, Takia, and Katie are a blessing in the heart of Dallas, NC. The environment, the food, the service was all a 10/10 and I would come back everyday just to see how amazing the culture of this place is! This is by far my favorite Penn Station location. Peyton (and Matthew) always make sure my food is cooked to perfection. They’re also always nice and friendly! The couple of times I’ve had an issue, they’ve always made it right. I would eat here literally every day if I could. The fries are the best in Dallas, and my go to turkey and provolone never disappoints.
