I had the good fortune to get Eric on the phone at this Jersey Mike’s. I am in Philly but wanted to send my son in RPB a hoagie at his workplace. I’ve never ordered this “long distance” before. Eric was extremely helpful, as I had concerns about this order making it to my son’s shop; about the accuracy of the way my son likes his hoagies; and the delivery fiasco I had some months ago with another restaurant.
I am impressed with the accuracy and the can-do attitude I received from 1500 miles away. That delivery was so fast, I couldn’t believe it. It was also right on time, as promised. My son was mega happy with his perfect Classic Italian with all the JMS magic.
I am a Philadelphia native, and since my first bite of a Jersey Mike’s, their hoagies are consistent and can hold its own with an authentic Philly hoagie. The Royal Palm Beach JMS obviously takes that task seriously. The app keeps perfect track of the deliveries which was also a pleasant surprise. This establishment takes pride in their performance as a team.

I am a Jersey girl who lives in Florida. I have had many subs from New york, jersey, florida, etcetera. Jersey Mike’s is the best. The bread is the softest. They slice the meat and cheese so thin that makes it perfect. I order from doordash because it’s about 25 minutes from where I live and I spend about 20 bucks for a sub thats only $10.. I know crazy, but with tax, fees, and tip. To me it’s worth it. I order one at least once a week give or take. Thank you Jersey Mike’s you’re the best!!!

I often get Jersey Mike’s for lunch. Recently I have been ordering their bowls and it’s super delicious. If you want to cut down on carbs order the bowl and enjoy! This is the Buffalo Chicken Bowl with Mushrooms, extra cheese and bacon! You can ask for sauce on the side, which it’s better so you can add as needed. Recommend! – Pro tip. Enroll on their loyalty program, I’ve gotten a couple lunches for free! Worth it.

Came in looking at menu felt very rushed by the person making the sandwiches no customer service skills whatsoever so ever very serious .. cashier was very nice ! , I don’t like feeling rushed when ordering my food

Unorganized staff, they argue and bicker in front of customers while making your food. Not a good look. I’m a fan of jersey mike’s sandwiches but I doubt I’ll be back.

Enormous rip off for basically average food.
Went in to Jersey Mike’s for a chicken Philly. Ordered the “Giant” size sandwich for a whopping $20, expecting something truly large in size. The sandwich is listed as having chicken, American cheese, grilled onions, and grilled peppers on a large sub roll.
Upon placing the order, it took about 5 minutes to prepare. When I was handed the sandwich I noticed that it felt VERY light. Like way too light to be a “Giant” anything.
Upon getting the sandwich home, I immediately unwrapped it and noticed that it had barely any meat. I weighed the sandwich and found the entire “Giant” sub to weigh a total of 18 oz. Yes, that’s right, 18 oz. for the “Giant” chicken Philly. I scooped out the filling (chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese) from one half of the sandwich and found it to weigh 2.5 oz. So for a “Giant” sandwich, there is a grand total of 5oz of meat/cheese/veggies and 12oz of bread, and 1oz of wrapper. It seems that they probably use the same amount of filling for a regular and Giant sandwich but only change the size of the bread. If they actually gave less meat on the regular, that would be mindblowing.
Anyway, this is UNACCEPTABLE for $20 and absolutely robbery.
The actual flavor and quality of the sandwich was average at best. It tastes like a fast food sandwich, which it is. As a result, I would expect to pay $8-$10 for something like this, but not $20+tip. Jersey Mike’s either needs to give a proper portion of food for $20, or drastically reduce prices for the meager portion they provide.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you’re looking for a sub.

The service was very speedy and all of the food was prepared fresh in front of you- the meats were cut per your order. I got the big kahuna cheese steak and it far exceeded my expectations. The sub was served piping hot and full of flavor.
