I ordered two pizzas from Pizza Hut on the in the Bonney Lake area. Cost me $52. Let me tell you they are not serving what they picture one was a pepperoni and the other one had the pineapple in the ham on it. I did not see any pineapple we had to add it in the ham was nonexistent on the other one I found one little sliver of pepperoni. Worst place ever. Pizza Hut used to be really good. I will never go there again never

I made an order today and got the wrong pizza. Guy answers phone stated he was sorry about the wrong pizza and said he will get me transferred to someone to help me. He puts me on hold and I wait over 10 minutes, someone picks up and hangs me up. Now I’m being patient and then I call again and immediately someone picks up and hangs me up again. Now the third call and no one picks up and I wait to get hang up again This is the worst customer service ever and I’m deleting my account with them for good. Is this what you call cheesy bites pizza?

I legit waited almost an hour after it said my order was done and the 2 female employees are cussing up a storm loudly and seems more worried about talking then doing there job absolutely ridiculous. Mind u all for a medium pizza. Almost an hour and half from time of order for one single pizza and it wasn’t even busy they had 2-4 orders on the screen

To further prove my years long theory, I redeem some free bread sticks and they are charred black. Every single time I’ve ever redeemed anything it’s as if I’m being punished and everyone’s pay was docked for it. Hopeless I suppose, everything I paid for was good, once again points item sabotaged lol.

I love pizza hut I really do and usually get good pizza here..save for every single time I use my points reward for a free item… No joke as long as the points program has been going I redeem an item and get and undercook or cold or something’s off pizza or crusty bread sticks. I’ve taken a year or more breaks after redeeming something, this last trip was no different, redeemed a pizza got very undercooked pizzas. But hey great bread sticks! Sheesh….

Food was disgusting. Worse than little Ceasars or domino’s. I also ordered direct and they delivered with door dash. I especially avoid restaurants that do this when you order direct. Doordash is inconsistent with if the driver even has a hot bag to keep food warm and i have had too many times where the driver didn’t and I received cold food. Part of my order was wrong and food just overall tasted horrible. I will not order here again.

I used to love this location, but it seems lately they won’t put any extra toppings on their pizza when you pay for it. 3 times in a row. And it’s always looking rough, and super soggy. Gonna have to go with dominoes from now on. Both of these are our last 2 “extras”.

The food is on par for pizza Hut, both in quality and died. The staff are always helpful and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
This Pizza Hut is a solid choice for a quick solution when the clock strikes 6pm, you haven’t started dinner yet, and the kids are hungry.
