We just stopped by the University Place location as it is the closest to our home. We usually have a great experience and service in the past has always been pleasant. Today we didn’t have our usual experience. The girl working around 1pm this Saturday was not welcoming. She tossed our pizza on the counter and rudely told my husband the breadsticks were behind him after he mentioned we did have that with our order. As a previous manager of two papa Murphy locations in Utah you can never just assume the customer knows where the sides are or that they can just grab them. Also how you present the pizza to the customer says a lot about the restaurant itself. Just because we take it home and cook it the warm welcoming atmosphere should be the moment the customer walks in until the moment they walk out. We will still come to this location but it’s a good reminder to the staff to always treat customers like it’s their first time experiencing your product and make sure they have a good experience so they will want to come back.

We got the 8.99 deal and the pizza was as expected. Our order was ready when promised. The pizza cooked in the oven as directed and the taste was yummy. It’s not gourmet or anything, but the price was right and it is close to home.

I love the stuffed pizza the most. I have not ordered one awhile I forgot baking instructions. I cooked wrong temp for 1st time cuz the instructions they give u not realized I need to scan for baking instructions for this pizza as shown on the photo I attached. My wife and I have been going to Papa Murphy’s for years, no matter where we are in the western part of the United States, we go… This location on the other hand needs some major improvements and I mean they need to drug test a couple of the employees. We ordered a large cowboy (horrible) stuffed crust pizza and it took the employee I had mentioned 25 minutes to make it and most of the other customers in the lobby had been waiting even longer for their own orders as well. Another employee that was working had to take on the burden of preparing the pizzas because the other employee was just running back and forth sweating heavily and making absolutely no sense at all!! My wife and I are just going to go to another location from now on and hopefully the pizza is better and the employees are more professional

I paid for extra cheese….and you did not put extra cheese. I have an autistic son who enjoys the cheese pizza. Whenever we order, it seems we get less cheese on our pizza so we paid for extra that way our boy would have enough on his side of the pizza…are you guys on a budget? This sucks. I even left you a tip.

Their pizza has always been and remains delicious! It’s the employees that are mediocre. That’s really to be expected at any place that employs mostly teenagers, but it can still be annoying at times.
