I been trying to avoid giving a bad review because I try supporting businesses in town, but I just can’t anymore . They have the SLOWEST SERVICE EVER !! Truly the slowest Dunkin I ever been to. Since it’s the only around me I tried giving many chances , but it’s at least 20min, sometimes longer on drive thru. Even with no car in front of me , me placing an order ahead of time it took them 11min!!! Nobody else in front of me . I told them on the speaker I had a mobile order , they said pull up to the window. I get to the window and I seat there for at least 8min and he gives me a total? What!?? There is not even someone in front or behind me . I just give up . They need to get it together, so many people complaining about the same thing !!

Thanks for the paper in my sandwich that you made wrong to begin with. I ordered a regular bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel and this is what I got??? And to think I actually was considerate and tipped well. That wont happen again. This locations getting worse by the week. Shut it down or train your staff. Update: dont waste your money coming here after noon. The only shift that can get anything right or tasting halfway like a coffee is the morning crew. Got cussed out by some pretty little witch that didnt want to remake my coffee that tasted like it came out of the overflow tray.

One of the best Dunkin’ Donuts In my area. But I went yesterday through drive-through and there was this new lady you could see she didn’t know what she was doing. She gave me my order and someone else’s order and I told her we didn’t order this and gave it back. I went today through drive-through the same lady I order 3 ice coffee 3 bagels with cream cheese 2 wake up wrap and 2 Hash browns. I saw her stuff all that food in one bag. My hash brown looked like mashed potatoes. Plus a
few donuts they just threw the donuts in a bag all sticking to each other and there was chocolate frosting all over the the bag and on the other donuts plus she didn’t gave me any napkins. I parked to go inside to the bathroom to wash the frosting off my hands and get napkins. I asked if she was a new person working here? They said she a District manager. I’m sorry but that District manager don’t know what she doing not even a good morning. I prefer going in the store to order my food than having that lady in drive-through.

As I was traveling into town with my husband we decided to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts location for some coffee & something to eat the manager here was extremely rude to my husband if you treat customers like crap I could only imagine the way she treats her employees horrible service by HER I feel bad for her employees having to put up with someone with such behavior definitely can’t lead by example .

Even though I was the only customer, it still took nearly 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence.
The food was okay, but my sandwich was burnt, and the girl at the register gave me the wrong donut order. She seemed annoyed and couldn’t even smile either.
The cooks were being audibly vulgar and acting like thugs this whole time with no obvious management.
Cannot recommend in good faith and I advise you try somewhere else. Good luck out there.

absolutely awful. everytime i go there something happens. today i ordered online using a gift card for the first time. i go inside to pick up my food and i waited for about 20 minutes while the employees just talked to the other customers that they knew (which is fine). i then went up to the counter and asked if my order was being made and they asked for my name then said that they didn’t have an order for me. i showed the lady at the counter my order on my phone and she took it to look at it (also fine) she walked away with my phone and showed the manager or someone in the back, then came back to me and said that i didn’t have enough money on the card. that is very incorrect considering that was the first time i used it and it literally showed that the order went through which means that i had enough money on the card. i ended up walking out with no food, $9 off my $10 gift card, and no offers for help, refunds, or anything else.

I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order to be ready.. nobody was at the register, nobody was working on mobile orders, they only cared about the drive thru orders. After 15 minutes of waiting, i got in line to see what was going on. There was only one person in front of me and the cashier was nowhere to be found.. when she finally came over she was so RUDE. I’ve never had issues with anyone when I go to the drive thru at this dunkin, the drive thru workers are very nice. but the cashiers were soooo incredibly rude. I would never go inside and order. I’ll stick to the drive thru, but i’d much rather just go down the street to another dunkin.
