I visited Chipotle around 10:45 AM on June 19th and placed an order for a bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, and rice. Upon returning home and starting to eat, I noticed a black bug crawling around in my food. Naturally, I was quite alarmed and disturbed by the experience.
I tried to contact the store afterward, but I kept getting an automated robot response, which was frustrating. Wanting to address the issue directly, I returned to the location and asked to speak with the manager. I explained that I had found a black bug in my food, and the manager initially responded that it was probably from the lettuce.
She asked for my receipt which I unfortunately did not have at the time. I told her she can look at the cameras cause I was definitely there. She also checked with staff, but they all claimed they did not recognize me or recall my order. I politely requested again that they check the cameras, especially since I was the second person to place an order that morning.
Ultimately, I was refunded for my bowl, but I expressed concern about the ongoing use of the same lettuce(they were still using the same lettuce, as she indicated that the bug likely came from there. She assured me they would check the lettuce, but I left feeling uneasy about the food safety practices, especially since they continued to serve the same greens to other customers.
Overall, my experience was disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective. I hope the store takes necessary precautions to prevent such issues in the future.

I already wrote a review on yelp but it simply was not enough to put into words the grotesque state of everything at this chipotle. The food is fine, the service is fine, but the cleanliness?? So so gross. I come here often, whether before a movie or simply because my daughters were begging for chipotle, so it is disheartening to see the state of the building every time I walk inside. Please start maybe wiping tables every once in a while? Or at least refill the drink station. I mean, what if I spent the $3.40 on my agua Fresca and it was all out? What am I supposed to do then? Also, I get that trash goes in trash cans, but I don’t fully understand why there is trash outside of the cans as well. Maybe because they overfilled?

This branch is the worst I have ever been to among all branches. I ordered twice in both my experience was very bad. The first time, they were out of bowels and brown rice, which what I paid for online, and they put my order into small boxes with very small portion. Today, they added a small portion of chicken that you barely can even see compared to what you usually have in any Chipotle branch. I got lots of rice and beans instead but almot no protien at all. I will never order from this store. Don’t waste your time, money, and health.

Please save your money! 1. They never cook their rice properly, it’s like the took it off the stove before it even starts getting soft. 2. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered deli every my order was wrong. Every time!! It does not daily. Today they managed to forget 6 out of 9 ingredients on both of my bowls.
