Food was good. We got there an hour before closing and they had no sauce for the roast beef sandwich and we were told they were out of brown gravy and green beans. Staff was friendly, place was clean. But do get there early.
I had the Trio= 1/2 roast beef sandwich, small crunch salad, slice of coconut cream pie.
The pie was wonderful. Highly recommend the pie.

I love this place most days. Once in a while one worker gets our table and she’s just so abrasive feeling. But She’s never got the order wrong so I deal with her. Plus drinks are refilled fast…. I will never complain and point her out till she does way wrong.

I don’t like to rate people but I have come to this restaurant 3 times in the last 6 months and have had problems with the food. I have had missing ingredients, wrong temperatures, overly greased food, and food with no flavor. The waitresses are nice but the service doesn’t make up for the food.

Well, Perkins is now Decker’s with a completely different menu. My first time, wife’s second. Her first time was very early in the change over. They didn’t even stay due to the limited menu. Today was more promising from the menu offering standpoint. Food, however was underwhelming. Fried foods were either slightly overdone or done in older oil, as the oil taste was overbearing, leaving the actual flavors undetectable. I hope these are all growing pains, as Ashtabula needs a few family friendly options on that side of town.

Breakfast was good. Service was good. Perkins is no longer inexpensive, 2 omelets with hash browns toast coffee and oj was almost $30. Dining is very dated.

Perkins in Ashtabula is a very nice place to eat. You can get breakfast all day and their sandwiches are awesome. The only complaint is that they use to have a few different choices of steaks now they only have the cubed style steak. How can you not offer steaks?

Nice selection of entrees that update with seasonal changes. Wonderful staff who really know what customer service means. Always a steady busy, so I must not be the only one who keeps coming back.
