Wandered into a gem tonight! Great atmosphere, great staff, great ice cream place!!! I have a corn allergy and finding a place that doesn’t have corn syrup in the base is pretty much non existent. They are a corn free base!!! Also, I have a dairy free kid and there are several options!
The coconut ice cream and strawberry were fabulous! My husband had a cookie sundae with the chocolate peanut butter and it was amazing! I highly recommend this place. Our family will be back!

I will start off by saying I am not a fan of ice cream. However, I sampled some cream and their ice cream is delicious. It’s made in house, the apple pie ice cream is bursting with flavor. I was told there’s a whole pie in it. The owner is very sweet and staff is nice and attentive. They’re brownies are really good as well, I might be biased on this because I love brownies haha. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area.

Incredible ice cream! They offer gluten-free cones and plenty of dairy-free options, which is amazing. The ice cream isn’t overly sweet—just perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Such a great addition to downtown Celina!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Stella’s Ice Cream in Celina! The shop was spotless, the staff was friendly, and they offer tons of gluten-free options with proper gluten-free protocols — a huge win for us. The ice cream tastes amazing — full of flavor without being too heavy — and the value per scoop is great.
We were even lucky enough to meet and shake hands with the owner, who was super kind and genuine. We’re so stoked to finally have a local ice cream shop we love just 10 minutes from home. We’ll definitely be back to support another great Celina business!

We love downtown Celina and were very excited for this edition after our favorite treat shop in Gunter closed. Stella’s is amazing! They nailed the design inside and out. Their ice cream is to die for! We purchased multiple flavors, as well as different cones, & a cookie cup. Everything was delicious and unique. Their staff was friendly, informative, and kind. We have a new favorite spot!

First time to Stella’s tonight and it won’t be our last. I wish I got the young woman’s name but she recommended the caramel biscoff and it was delicious. It’s nice to bring your family to an establishment with people who care. She was super nice and made it feel like an experience, not a transaction.
The ice cream was amazing, and I got a chocolate sprinkle waffle cone which was well worth it. If you’re going to get ice cream, you have to go to Stella’s. Thanks to that staff member who made our experience memorable.

We love Stella’s Ice Cream! This fun, family-friendly shop is such a great spot to visit. The staff is always friendly, the store is spotless, and it has that perfect downtown Celina vibe.
