Freaky Fast. More like Freaky slow. Took over 45 minutes to get my food. The place was really busy however, the staff was very disorganized. Would not communicate with customers. One staff member was walking around doing nothing. I placed an online order and watch customers come in after I had gotten there and get their food before me. Managment reached out with s half hearted apology when I described my experience in a survey. Very disappointed.

Horrible service. Extremely busy day, granted, but the kid taking my order did not give me a receipt, so I picked it off of the roll at the counter. There were about 50 other people waiting for orders and I wanted to make sure I knew what my order number was since there were so many people there. When I waited patiently 25 minutes for my order & saw people who ordered after me getting their orders, I politely inquired if they had gotten to my order yet. I was yelled at by the worker that I wasn’t supposed to take my receipt. I left without my sandwich. I don’t deserve to be treated like that. Won’t be back to this location ever.

Just got food from here, they were busy working away. Ordered and the manager came up and gave me my food on the house? Which I was more than willing to pay for. A wonderful surprise on this grayish April Day. The staff there is great!

Food was fine. Totally normal Jimmy John’s food.
All of the booths were covered with caution tape. We asked an employee why we can’t sit in the booths. Her response “I don’t know.” The only thing we could assume was that the staff doesn’t want to clean the booths.
Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were dirty, out of soap, and low on toilet paper.

There food is exceptional for the price. Less than $20 you can get a very decent lunch.
I always get the extra freebies you can add to your sub and not once has the food disappointed, although I did have an issue with delivery once as it took over 3 hours to arrive. But the owner called me personally and gave me a complete refund AND an entire free order, not just a sub.
The actual location is meh, could definitely be more presentable but I’m sure there very busy and the food more than makes up for it.

I’m writing this review in hopes that the owner/manager will change things because I’d like to go here. I like Jimmy johns’ food providing I get what I am paying for. I constantly get 2 slices of meat in my sandwich with half of the sandwich covered with meat making it basically a lettuce sandwich.
