Brian Wilson hooked my veggie sub up proper at 4 am, with a line out the door! Forget the best, gimme that sandwich my friend! I’d also love to compliment the way he washed his hands several times after dealing with payments and using fresh gloves each time, truly a star employee this one! Makes me wonder if it was luck or his reputation that brought all these folks in in the middle of the night. My appreciation is through the roof. I will say too, I’m often very critical of the way the stations are kept at subways across America, especially the ones in truck stops, where I generally am. This subway passed my exam earlier today, which why I went in this evening to grab a sub before hitting the road. So allow me to take the time to say!!! I love how this subway kept the utensils on the side, rather in the containers with the food, I felt equally great about the fact that when they were not in the middle of serving someone they kept the glass case closed, I should have taken a picture of the service area that did not have randomly scattered food in-between the food containers. All the veggies looking good, and clean and neat! Cheers!!! You get an A++ and I have not felt this way about a subway in almost 2 years.

I was having a very important conversation with my father, over the phone. I was asked to to move by the assistant manager, Maria. In a rotten tone she said, “you’re going to have to move, you’re setting off the alarm.” My father hears this woman over the phone and mistakenly thanks that it is me with a rotten attitude complaining to him. He said, “Don don’t snap at me, I’m doing what you asked!!!”
Mind you he’s not even aware of what’s happening on my end of the phone, yet he can tell that this person has a rotten attitude. I told him, it’s this associate who’s not me out!” The associate turned to me and said, “I’m not chewing you out. – YET!”
So I go back to another associate to find out who this person is. She told me her name is Maria and she is the assistant manager. I told her what happened and she said that Maria has had many complaints and she’s not surprised. I asked her if anybody had reported Maria, she said “oh, yes, many times.” I asked, “Then why haven’t they fired her?” She said, “I have no idea.”
My question is to upper management:
Why haven’t you fired Maria at store 334 in Bibb county Georgia,????? especially after there have been so many complaints?????

Awful service at subway! The employee was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Currently in the process of learning English but showed no tolerance nor understanding of the situation and had the audacity to give me shit for not knowing perfect English. Will never come back and those who are struggling with the language don’t go!

A worker at Subway/Chester’s, gave major attitude towards customers. Claimed he could multitask but gave the wrong sauces, grabbed the biscuits in a way that made them fall apart in the box. I don’t think a split in half horizontal biscuit is what they’re supposed to be giving, it’s definitely supposed to be an intact biscuit. The employee also made it seem like he was the only one working on customers all day when their was a whole crew in the back. Don’t recommend their Chester’s unless you want half made food that falls apart.

Ruby is extremely rude. Rest of the staff was welcoming but RUBY made my visit bad. U r in customer service, learn to provide good experience to customers.
Also she didn’t offer me receipt.
Manager need to pay attention on it, or if this keep happening with customers, you will lose a lot of business
