Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too, the workers are incredibly rude. This morning I made a mobile order on my way to work, as I pulled through the drive thru and was told to go to the window to get my drink I ended up sitting there for 10 minutes, the girls working this morning were all laughing,talking,drinking coffee and knew I was there so I decided to pull out of the drive thru and walk in. My drink was sitting right there on the counter done! Unfortunately the drink was made terribly with no soft foam as I ordered for the drink.
Having to leave for work I took the drink, but wanted a good coffee so I decided to DoorDash one. This drink was even worse! Look at how little of the foam that add to the foam cold brews.

They actually knew their coffee and wanted to see the customer happy. I asked for organic. True coffee without all the hype and toppings. He opened a fresh bag..ground a cups worth, he supplied me with stevia and Almond milk that I added on my own and wa-la…my morning could begin. That done..I purchased the whole bag for more yummy organic coffee to come. That is remaining true to Starbucks true beginnings of spreading good coffee happiness one cup at a time. 5 stars. This is in comparison to another location in St George where the order taker said…”organic? I have no idea…I don’t drink coffee”. Whhaatt? I don’t care if you don’t imbibe in the product…at least help and be courteous to the customer.

The girl with the big eyelashes who took my order was not customer oriented at all. I visited the store 9/02 at 10:20am. Rude and seemed like she hated her job. Or it could be our race. Either way not happy with my experience.

Tammy Spencer and Kenna, thank youuuuu, for everything. You are all patient, you know my order, you make feel special, you answer my silly comments about your headsets, which are genius, but I think Starbucks ought to spring for each employee to have their own headset, maybe as a reward when you guys hit a 90 day mark ♀️, however that would go. Kenna, thanks for teaching me that I am able to get my stars even though I don’t pay through my Starbucks app….. I had no clue. Tammy, you are just so nice and calm and literally said venti latte when I stepped.through the door, how you do that blows my mind and Spencer, you indulged my headset curiosity so patiently anddddd MY COFFEE WAS AWESOME‼️‼️

The staff is always quick and efficient. Very kind! I’ve yet to have a problem here! Theres also a lovely view of the wonderful red rocks when you sit outside. The establishment is well kept, and always clean!

By far the WORST starbucks. I think they are using a non brand espresso. ALL THE DRINKS taste different and the turn over is AWFUL!!!! Take the extra 5 mins and go down the road to another location. They are far below zero in taste and consistancy!!!

I decided to give this Starbucks another try after a year of not going due to horrible service and quality of my drinks. I was really impressed by the service and my coffee was delicious. The young lady at the window was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, I was having to drive across town to another Starbucks to get my coffee, but now I can actually go to this one again.
