The other day I came and there a was a cashier, “Veronica”. She was very nice to me and offered to make a my buffalo chicken fries into a combo… They were bomb ! FOR REAL! I had the chipotle :3 with a breadsticks and a drink. I also tried the ranch and it’s homemade. Then I went 2 days after and I saw the same cashier on the back and she was cooking, omg she was awesome! That day I had the lemon pepper wrap with ranch and it’s was so delicious made it into a combo with fries and a drink. Omg now this is my favorite place!

The lady talked to in front was nice. I told her about the reviews I read about their restaurant. I told her that the wings they ordered were undercooked. She was kinda surprised. I told her to please cook the wings properly.
I was glad I did tell them because the wings were properly cooked and crispy with spicy sauce. So I gave a 4 Star review and everything was delicious. I would order again soon.

The chicken is completely flavorless if it isnt covered in sauce… theres 0 Seasoning on the chicken , no salt on the French fries. The ranch is 10/10 , the sauces are Great! But the chicken having no seasoning not even salt blows my mind. Cmon add some seasoning to your chicken!!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered the Buffalo fries. I couldn’t recall if I liked them the first time because it was a while ago, so we went to try them again. Unfortunately, I wasn’t too happy with the flavor of the Buffalo fries. It had an off flavor to it like that of bad cream.
I probably won’t come back for it. My daughter had bone in wings and she said it was good so I added a star. Think I enjoyed the celery and ranch the best.

Ordered through uber eats and called restaurant to complain about the metal shaving stuck in the chicken batter no one helped or take accountability for the hazard and still no refund or anything like it’s some every day occurrence no one cares and their food was about to be fed to a child as well. Shame on both companies they don’t care what happens to customers eating their food.

Today I took lemon peppers and buffalo chicken wings, how disappointed!! It’s the second time that their chicken’s wings were no crisps, uncooked!I mean how hard is to let them cook a bit more, how a chicken wings’s place doesn’t know when is time to take them off, that was my second time(and last) the first time ( before covid) I thought was a bad day , after a year still with the soggy chicken skin!

I would give a 0 if I could. First, i tried to call there phone number and it rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. You called back and it stayed busy for another 10 minutes, my wife went into their and other people were complaining about the staff not answering/leaving phone off the hook. Now to the food, i know it is a wing store but I wanted to try their baby back ribs. I ordered a 1/2 rack for $20.99 and they were the worst ribs. Dry and like beef jerky. What made it worse was it looked like a 1/4 rack, 5 bones is not a 1/2 rack. I wish I was there so I could talk to the manager or owner. What a waste of money.

Chicken? No taste. Blue cheese dressing? No taste. Fountain drinks? No taste. Service? Okay, but manager or owner, not sure, was sort of a jerk. Customer service girl was nice when taking our order, while manager/owner was breathing down her neck at the counter acting like he was looking at his phone, obviously monitoring the order and glancing at me and the order taker. Once the order was ready, they called our name to pick it up so I did. We were seated only 10 feet away and was curious why the order was not brought to our table. Upon opening our order we noticed we received only three sauces/dressing so went to the counter to request the fourth we were due. Manager/owner was again eavesdropping from halfway across the kitchen as the girl gave me the fourth dressing. From his position, without even knowing the situation, he tells the service girl, “They’re only supposed to get four!” I butted in a said, “We only got three,” and showed him the three when I walked back to our table. He didn’t say anything. I think he should have apologized to nice girl. Atmosphere was okay, but trying to watch Bellatore fights on nearest TV were difficult to watch with a ceiling light hanging right in front of it. A lot of little things that added up, but this was our experience, and we won’t be going back.
