Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a Brownie Frosty & we didn’t get a spoon. We got nuggets and asked for special sauce & didn’t get any. We also didn’t get any napkins. Appearantly this is a common occurrence at this location. They could do better. It wasn’t even busy at the time we went. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Sad customer service.

Great store in a great location. My food was made to order so it was hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly salted. The burger had fresh veggies. The establishment was clean. The service was good. No issues with the food

Second time in a row I’ve placed and order via Uber eats to pickup my own food and the burgers are cold. Like they didn’t touch any heat at all. I like going through Uber eats because of the deals and I just finished my night of delivering and wanted to eat and go home. That is completely unacceptable. Imagine if that was for delivery and the customer would probably blame me for the food being cold.

Kimberley is awesome has great customer service, went through the drive thru late night for a snack, she was very positive and had a smile on her face the whole time. Very impressed for how she was with it being so late! Great job!

Went to this location last night, and this was the best service and quality I’ve had!! I went around 5 minutes before 2am, and our food was fresh and delicious. My family and I live about an hour away and we will definitely be coming here more often. The blonde lady with glasses at the window was very kind to us and let us know our food was fresh. I work in food service myself, and I know it might be tedious whenever customers come that late, but this lady had a great attitude and work ethic. Kudos to the team at Wendy’s!! Yall are great.

I ordered from the one on Bryant I ordered a baconator with no ketchup and no mustard but with all that comes with it with mayonnaise on it,I got home and noticed that it didn’t have mayonnaise on it as I ordered, I tried to call their phone line and it doesn’t work, I called the other store to ask if they had the number, the manager told me that the line was down and asked me what can she help me with,I told her like 3 times about my order and she still didn’t understand what I was talking about and then asked where was the burger I told her,it here with me at the apartment as I already told her that I just got home and told me to take it back to the store,I told her I take the bus and no I’m not going to take the bus and back, but the other manager on Sherwoodway is rude, but the Bryant location should fix the phone and make sure the burger is made right just saying

I love Wendy’s, but this time wasn’t the greatest. The burger patty was over done, the bacon on the fries was too well done, but the frosty was delicious as always. Maybe next time.
