This place has gone so downhill. I’ve been here 2x in the last few months, giving it a second try today. Walked in it was empty, and asked for the Purdue game to be turned on, as did the table next to me. Took over 25 minutes to be turned and when I went up to the bar the bartender scolded me. The menu has changed and the quality has taken a severe plunge. The first of the two trips it was not very busy and the bartender was way more focused on his phone than the bar… blatantly texting and calling in front of us. Today we got spinach dip and it was enough for about 5 chips worth—not joking.
8 wings for $17! Gotta be a joke. Disappointing as this normally is a great place to catch a game.

Bulldogs is hands down our favorite spot.
Tommy (manager) and the staff treat me and my two kids with such kindness every time we come in. My kids always ask to eat there
— and that tells you everything. Great food, even better people. Highly recommend!

I went to this place with my cousin as a quick outing. This was my first time here. It was not busy we sat outside because it was a beautiful day. The food was good especially the cheeseburger egg rolls & cobb salad. The waiter Hannah was absolutely great! She recommended a drink I think its called the Deep D or Eddie whichever it was good. It was a vibe a like it.

I ordered the Patty Melt w/Onion Rings, and the beer wall. (Admittedly a couple onion rings didn’t survive for the pic). The food was good, and the atmosphere was nice. When I visit Indy again, I’ll come back.

I’ve always wanted to try the Bulldog when I heard it was replacing the former Moe & Johnny’s and I finally got to do so recently.
We arrived on a Monday at around 6:30 and they weren’t that busy so we got a table. Our waiter was nice and attentive to us.
As my entree, I got the Junkyard Dog Burger with fries. Overall, it was super tasty! The brisket was fire, and the fries were seasoned super well!
Now why did I deduct a star? Because the menu is sort of misleading. It says they serve smash burgers, but in reality, the burgers really aren’t smashed. Also, our waiter told us they served steak fries, but they really weren’t that either.
Overall, still this was a good experience! I’ll definitely come back.

No one really spoke to me and I had to figure out how to pay for my food. I placed an order and the bartender walked away put it in and handed me a reciept without showing me how to pay. When others came in they are very welcoming. I keep trying this place but I just dont get that welcome feel. Ordered sticky Thai wings. There was no sauce at all seen nor tasted on the wings. Wont be back. Could be better at being welcoming to newcomers.

Look, I’m newer to Indiana, so I like finding random places to go and what’s a better social lubricant than a drink, right? So I find this place and I said let’s try it. I’m glad I did. I came in around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. I wanted to sit outside originally but didn’t want to really inconvenience the staff so I sat at the bar and was met by a friend Emily and Molly. They got me drinks that were great (old fashioned and a dry martini) and I got a breaded chicken sandwich .
Definitely a place I can come by myself or bring friends and know we can have a fun time. They have pool table and some other games indoor and outdoor seating. Plus a wall of serve you’re self beer . GREAAT great experience all around

My time at The Bulldog was great! My server Sam was very welcoming and helpful which certainly elevated the experience! Something that would have really tickled my fancy though was if they had root beer :(. A tall, cold glass of the rootiest of beers would have made my week but, alas, I was left root beerless. If they served root beer, I would be at this spot every week. Your move, The Bulldog.

Love this place for sports and a great selection of beer on demand (you can access the taps on your own with a control card). So many well positioned TV’s you will never have a hard time finding a spot to watch the your team. Great staff providing a welcoming neighborhood feel.

Went with my 17 and 22 year old boys. Assumed at 4pm we could sit together in the main room to watch a game. Only 21 and above. We sat in the side room. My oldest and I had beer wall beers. 2 of the 3 I had were skunked, bad lines. Food was decent, service was good. She took the one beer off the bill. Beware of the beer wall beers.
