I went here with me and two other people. We all have worked in the fast food industry for a very long time but no one should be treated the way we were tonight. Their floors were covered in trash, I asked the boy behind the counter 4 times for mild sauce and he repeatedly gave me hot sauce.he was either just being rude or was on something. I then received my food which was a crunch wrap supreme and it was falling apart and not made correctly. They also refused to change their gloves while they where touching money, their face and their pants.I love to give fast food the benefit of the doubt because I know from experience that it’s hard. But I refuse to be treated like this in a establishment.

If I could leave a zero I would. For months I’ve talked to the GM about things not being done correctly. The only solutions I’ve been offered is that she will fix the issue or that she’s sorry. But it only seems to be getting worse. Time after time I go there and there’s always something missing from my order. Something is cold. Or it reeks of substances. I work very hard for my money and like to take it easy a night or two out of the week and grab some fast food. I get that it’s supposed to be fast, but is it really fast food if you have to 1) go back through the line to request something to be fixed or 2) have to drive back to the restaurant to get something replaced, never put in the bag, or got the wrong order entirely??? I’m getting sick of being told the problem will be fixed. Sorry isn’t cutting it anymore. Sorry isn’t changing that fact that these workers can’t be bothered to pay attention to the order on the screen and are more concerned about being out in the parking lot trading around with friends.

Lady with a drive-thru head set came over promptly every time a customer walked in. Wish I had caught her name as she was running everywhere helping everyone in the back and still helping customers with such enthusiasm it was refreshing to see as most places your lucky to be greeted. This lady definitely deserves a raise and that is the only good part about this review.
You better buckle up we’re in for a bumpy ride.
The Bathroom itself was decent, however the floors in the bathroom were very greasy and needs attention before someone gets hurt. don’t use greasy mop water in any part of the F.O.H. Honestly it shouldn’t even be that greasy in the B.O.H. otherwise your really not cleaning.
The Lobby was decent as you can see in the pictures as well as the drink station. A few tables did need wiped but never got any attention the entire duration of my visit and it wasn’t busy enough to constitute not doing a lobby sweep.
The Back of house surprisingly though did seem by appearance to have the cleanest area and the best organized. still don’t trust those floors.
IF you didn’t buckle up; now’s the last chance.
FOOD was very disappointing.
Nacho Fries were Cold. This honestly Happens at too many and is very disappointing. At this time i would like to say please look at photos for reference.
Look at how sad those Nacho fries look; Broken , Slapped together and cold to boot.
On the next note the potatoes with cheese and sour cream. HOT AND FRESH. too much sour cream not enough cheese.
Crunch wrap was the only thing that I feel met the TACO BELL STANDARD!
Beefy 5Layer Burrito was subpar at best. More beans than anything else until I hit a pocket of sour cream. Now y’all now this is one of my pet peeves with this burrito I do want to say it wasn’t at the end like normal it was actually right after the halfway point still isn’t good when you get a mouth full of sour cream. This burrito was rushed and poorly executed.
Which brings me to another sad moment Look at the Potato taco. that’s how it opened up from being unwrapped. never have I seen such a horrible job done. it is truly sad.

There was a long black hair in my burrito when I opened it to put sauce on it. Also lately there are two people taking the order at the same time so it’s always getting messed up.

Store was dirty unorganized and the service was barely competent. As for the food was overcooked and the chicken melted in my mouth but like cotton candy not like chicken. It was, I don’t know what it was, but I’m pretty sure it was some kind of manufactured something or other that wasn’t really chicken. Thank you!

This place is absolutely terrible. They got my order wrong multiple times. The inside is so nasty. Trash a food crumbs all over the floor. They don’t cook their food right at all. It was all uncooked. Then when you ask them to fix your order they want to be rude. I’ll never come here again!!

absolutely terrible, food was cold, inside was absolutely disgusting, ordered at 10 piece nugget, gave me 6. cheese was not melted on my grilled cheese burrito and also my cheese quesadilla. service was rude. absolutely would not go back if you’d pay me. also, if im going to pay 50 dollars for food i’d expect it to be right or at least warm.

Food has been better than it has been the last few years. Normally theyre are dry tortillas and roce not all the way cooked. But as of recently, food is properly cooked and quite tasty. Seems like they dont have enough people some days, but thats most places. The overall attitude if workers has improved as well. Overall a good place to dine

Me and my grandma and son ate here yesterday my grandma got a Mexican pizza and I got a meal also and my cinnamon twist tasted awful they tasted almost chemically tasting like they where fried in bad oil mind you it was only 11:30 in the morning so the oil shouldn’t have done that her Mexican pizza tasted horrible to and the kitchen in the back was disgusting the tables didn’t look like they had been cleaned or anything not to mention the whole time we was there they didn’t even clean the tables after people was done and they took forever on our food and when it did come out the tacos we had got was slung together. Honestly thing they need to hire better people or learn how to clean up and change the fryer oil wouldn’t recommend eating here !
