Ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches there might have been 10 pieces of chicken on all 3 and there wasn’t any ranch dressing on any of the sandwiches bread was hard had to tear most of it off just to be able to eat some bacon and cheese because that’s all I really got

Love this place. The workers are on top of their game, the food is great, and the pricepoints can’t be beat. Coupons, deals and reward programs make it the economic choice for people who like affordable pizza but don’t want to eat cardboard from Little Caesars. Where else you gonna walk out with a good, large pizza for 8 bucks? Now that they have garlic and cinnamon bread bites, there’s really no need for me to go to Papa John’s overpriced place anymore.

We ordered curbside tonight for dinner and they never come to our car after we did the check in and I put extra sauce, and certain extra toppings on all 4 pizzas and every single one of them were nasty. I mean nasty. We literally ate one of each and the rest we are throwing away, I’ve never had this happen. They barely had toppings, burnt, and dry as a bone. This dominos is awful, will not return to this particular dominos.

On 9/4/2025 my nephew ordered on pizza that took over an hour to deliver. So they gave him a free remake on 9/5/2025. Well fast forward next day on 9/5 we went to pick it up but it wasn’t hot or fresh. I called the store spoke with the manager “Gauge” (is what he said his name was). He didn’t agree with me about the freshness and quality of the pizza. So I asked him how can he make it right we went on and on until he said ma’am you have a good day and hung up on me. I called back twice he sent me to a busy signal. So I drove to the store to get his name and report him. Let’s just say the situation got ugly in front of other customers he was very rude and loud with me, verbally aggressive and threaten to call the police on me all because I told him to go to he!!. I told him he was very unprofessional, acting inappropriately in front of customers and kids. He cancelled the order and said it was refunded so I wanted proof. I asked him for a receipt he tells me he doesn’t have a receipt to give me, I asked could he write is name on the piece of paper and his managers name he straight up told me “I AINT WRITING NOTHING FOR YA”. ok sir!!! He definitely needs to be fired or disciplinary actions need to be taken. He needs to be held accountable for his actions. There’s no way a manager should be acting like this and treating customers in such a way. Keep the customers happy we’re paying your bills, don’t be argumentative with customers, customer satisfaction should be your #1 goal, quality food should always be #1, hygiene and cleanliness should always be #1 as well. I will never eat there or any pizza ever again after walking in on him with his dirty fingernails rolling his hands all in that cheese yuck hair everywhere no hair net and dripping sweat yuck yuck yuck so unsanitary. I don’t want anymore pizza EVER! So I’m glad I had this experience today. On S Horner Blvd

I gave a stark & critical review of the Dominos on Horner Blvd in Sanford, NC because of a misunderstanding & more so a miscommunication but it didn’t stop me from ordering their pizza. This evening the driver who was involved delivered my pizza & immediately apologised & I did too & gave him a hug because he deserved to know he is valued & I respected him! I immediately called his manager to express my gratitude & praised him too because it starts at the top! Well done!

TIP DRIVERS AT THE DELIVERY. Delivery Driver Margarita took 42 minutes to deliver my pizza, when she got here she forgot my sauces that I paid extra for, AND my pizza was cold. I tried to get her attention but she was on her phone while driving away. Very unprofessional, she did not deserve a $10 tip. None of the other drivers from here have gave me an experience like this.

The crust is starchy. The mushrooms are too thick. The cheese is like plastic. Basically, you are eating melted plastic on cardboard with overbaked peppers and sticky red, paste. The brownies are very good. Excellent. Get the brownies, but skip the pizza. The employees there are extra nice, polite. One there brought us two discarded boxes to place an injured turtle into so it could be transported to wildlife rescue. We are grateful to that employee who helped us during a stressful situation.
