This was horrible like fr hand some one a box of food colder then the weather out side and exspeshaly some one that’s worked for fast food u guys left this box of food bye the window or somewhere else food that someone didn’t want or u acsadently made and didn’t wanna throw out but let me tell u if I get sick I’m not gonna be happy and I learned when I was working that u cant hold food past an hour and this was held past a hour tastes like two hours please get new workers ccause this is geting horrible this has never happened to me before and I’m a regular customer

Showed up before close, ordered a cotton candy Blizzard with cotton candy dip — they forgot the dip. Came back around, and the girl immediately says “we’re closed” before we even finished speaking. Told her there’s no dip and she lies to our face saying “there’s a little on there.” There wasn’t. No apology, no fix, no effort. When we originally got the order, I said thank you — she said nothing and just walked off. If you’re in such a rush to leave, don’t bother staying open. Embarrassing.

I arrived in the drive thru line at 9:55, 5 minutes before close. I watched 2 employees open the back door, look to see how many cars were outside (there was a line of a couple cars that had just ordered ahead of me but I was the last car in line and the only car in the line that hadn’t ordered yet). They turned the menu board light off just before the line moved and I pulled up to it. It was 10:01, and I understand you close at 10:00 but I was in that line 5 minutes before close. The thing I’m most upset about is that neither of the employees who looked out and saw me in that line had the decency to say anything to me, and neither did any of the employees over the speaker when I pulled up to the menu board. Just silence. Someone could have said “I’m so sorry but we can’t take any more orders”, but instead chose to ignore me. Crazy lack in customer service. Again I understand you close at 10:00, but I arrived before closing. Unacceptable.

After reopening we went for 2 banana splits. There was more whipped cream than anything. Each lump of ice cream was about a tablespoon and barely had sauces on it. Very disappointed and may drive to St. John DQ in the future.

Never had an issue here. The line is usually pretty long, but they have never gotten my order wrong. So I don’t mind the wait!
The workers are always super friendly every single time we go.
And the food is good. It’s my kids number one choice when. I ask where they want to eat!!

I come here often for dinner when the kids and I are on the run. They are usually fairly quick and the staff is good when it comes to getting the order correct. The food has gone a little downhill, but it’s all the same at every DQ, well almost everywhere. Prices are continuing to rise and quality continues to go down or portions get smaller. In all if you are looking for fast food I recommend coming here. Their chicken strip basket is delish, and they have the best ranch! Their cheese curds are way better than Culvers as well. If you are looking for a decent deal, they have a $7 value meal that is pretty decent as well.
