I ordered chicken parm with spaghetti. There was hardly any sauce in the spaghetti which made it dry and the pasta was way overcooked. To the point of mushy. Fries arrived very hard.

Where do I start. I got hung up on mid order. There was a cockroach staring me down while I was waiting for my food. (It didn’t move the whole time I was there, maybe 5 minutes, so maybe it was dead but it looked alive to me) The pizza did not taste very good, maybe it’s just the way they make it, but I did not like it. The cheese steaks had barely any meat and were very dry. I haven’t gone in years, but I remembered their food being really good. I was very disappointed but it is what it is.

I don’t normally post many reviews however the combination of finding hair in my food and then when my lady let them know, they decided to catch an attitude. The woman on the phone said that it would be impossible to find hair since she’s the only one with hair and she doesn’t go near the food like it’s not possible for her hair to fall out while walking around. They then said they will send another one but never showed up. Meanwhile the hair color didn’t match mine or my lady’s hair color.

Used to go here often, few days ago me and my girlfried stoped in to grab some food and it was terriable, got a cheesesteak and the steak was dried out and tasted lile it was burnt, prolly wont go back for awile, also recently had a ham and cheese strumboli that was absolutely disgusting

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery.. finally just got a refund bc the driver had car issues and still had 10 deliveries ahead of mine. Don’t blame the staff I blame the management and owners. Staff is very nice and tried to be helpful. Need more delivery drivers.
