Before I go into the negatives, I want to share that the only reason this location got any stars is because of Happy, and the call center reps. Not sure if I’m spelling or saying her name right, but she’s who was at the front on the day of my pick up. However, my company purchased individual pizzas for every single associate. We initially tried the closest location to us, showing open on the website, but the location is actually closed, so we chose the Rayford location. When the pizzas were picked up, supposedly they were checked, but when they were disbursed, they were wrong. Specifically, my pizza in which we were told could be replaced. When I visited for my replacement, Tara, which whom I’m guessing is the manager gave me such a hard time about the credit that was supposed to be in the system. The pizza was already made, and good customer would have called for the replacement order to simply be fulfilled and worked out on the back end. Not only did I waste my time, but I was made to look like I wasn’t being honest, even with the evidence in my hand. Because I was actually afraid of what they might do to my food if I reordered then and there, I chose to go back on a different day when the call center rep told me the credit wouldn’t expire. When I went back a week later, the order was again entered incorrectly and burnt. Happy was so patient with me because I was very frustrated and overwhelmed. She had my order out promptly after that. The final product was delicious but my only complaint, which I see may be a trend from another review, and a need to better box material, is that my pizza was stuck to the box.

Update: I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago, per their response below and have yet to hear back from anyone. This store is a joke.
We ordered the “big dinner box with pasta” we did not receive the big box but instead 2 round pizzas, a single serving of pasta, and breadsticks. The breadsticks were barely cut through, the pasta should have been at least 2 servings and the pizzas were terrible. The one in the picture looks like a piece was cut out of it or something and “put back together”. The pieces did not line up as if it had just been shook up a little but actually some pieces missing. And the other pizza’s crust just wasn’t pan like it was supposed to be. So many issues with this order. We tried to call and no answer at the store, just the call center. I chatted with someone through the app and they wanted to give us 3 free pizzas but we requested a refund instead because we will not be ordering from this location again. Also, the people in the store were just rude when we picked up our order.

Placed an order. Showed as delivered, but was not. Called the store and no one answers. Corporate says it will take 1-3 business days for anyone to get back to me. Finally got ahold of the store 2 hours later. No one knows where my pizzas are. Pizza Hut is my favorite. I’m from Wichita. This is the last time I will likely order from them. $60 down the drain. Pizza finally arrived 2.5+ hours later. It was not fully cooked and barely warm. You could tell they rushed it, probably because they didn’t make it to begin with.

The store has gone completely downhill over the years. Waited at the counter longer than I should have before finally ringing the bell to get someone to come. This was after making eye contact with the worker upon entering the store. Thin crust pizza was stuck to the box and undercooked. Another pizza had toppings thrown on as an afterthought. Customer service person I called said they have to get back to me to provide a refund in a few days. I’m done.
Update: I was asked to email them, but there is still no response to resolve the issue as of 8/8/2025. So, I have both spoken to a customer service representative and emailed twice with no success.

Amazing experience here, Tara is so friendly and quick to greet everyone that comes in the store. The wings are always fresh and the pasta is my favorite along with the personal pan pizzas. Thank you for the best customer service!

Absolutely amazing service. I love this location! The manager Tara was so helpful with any issues I had, which honestly I never really have any! Food is always hot & delivered promptly! Would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!

If I could give no stars I would. On Oct 31st 2025 at 8 pm I made an order for delivery. Domino’s passed it off to a 3rd party delivery service. It never arrived. I have contacted them countless times over the last almost 3 months. I keep getting told a manager will reach out. Nobody ever has yet I have had customer service tell me to wait a few days repeatedly and then lie to me and say I told Pizza hut to stop calling even after I contact them every few days. Its absurd
They stole my money and nobody cares. Just lies. Tragic and terrible experience.

This is just sorry! Sorry service sorry management EVERYTHING IS JUSY SORRY. I asked for customer service number to make a complaint and the manager refused to give me the number. I asked for two Myhutboxes (which i did not receive) manager still gave me the wings and fries which looks like they have been sitting elsewhere all day long. THIS IS SORRY SERVICE!

Waste of $5. For $1 more I could get a full pizza elsewhere or even a full meal including a drink. It didn’t even fill the box. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy I used for scale. Useless gimmicks.

Zero stars. This place is a nightmare. Placed order for pickup on uber. Within a minute it said it was ready for pickup. My husband was told at pickup that the order was not sent to the location even though the address was correct on app. The woman was rude and then proceeded to ignore him. I’m thankful I could cancel via the app because from past reviews it looks like customers don’t get a refund.
