Chim Banh Mi at the Highland food spot knocks it out of the park with their authentic Vietnamese flavors! They do not shy away from quality for a quick grab-and-go service with great prices. Super tasty lemongrass beef, fresh veggies and soft bread. With so many options including pho dipped, it’s not your average banh mi spot. This is a must try!!

I ordered the Bowl & 4 sides of broth for pickup since there’s no gluten in the bowl. In the notes I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well so was craving broth. The food was flavorful and fresh, enough for two servings (at least for lil ol me). They also wrote “feel better :)” on my ticket which DID help me feel better!!! Will be back. Thank you!!

I didn’t realize this was a grab and go restaurant. I just looked up banh mi on Google maps and navigated to the closest one. I was hoping for a dine in place but this was fine. The concept is really cool. Your food is waiting for you in a locker and you click a link they send to your phone and the locker opens. You grab your food and go. I’ll definitely do this again on my lunch break at work. My only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey. The sandwich was delicious and stuffed with meat and veggies. You couldn’t ask for more at a banh mi shop.
There are other restaurants in the same facility using the same grab and go format. I look forward to trying the other places too. This was fun. You should come check it out.

As a vegetarian, it’s hard to find great options—but this one was perfectly balanced, fresh, and full of flavor. Easily the best Vietnamese vegan sandwich I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Food, service, and people make a great restaurant. Chim Banh Mi has it all! I had a Pork Banh Mi which as a late-evening order, still had fresh soft bread, juicy meat, and refreshing condiments. I could not be happier with Chim, and the great folks who run this place with love.

Lemongrass Beef was a little bit on the chewy side, although the marinade tasted great. The Banh Mi itself was definitely lacking the slight crisp and airiness I expect and hope for. I think the pickled daikon and carrot need a little more pickling to cut the fatty meat. All that being said, the sandwich had a perfect amount of house mayo and chilis. Overall, it’s a decent sandwich for a decent price in 2025, but there’s room for improvement.

Delicious food! Best sandwich ever! The flavors are so different and vegetables are so fresh. I highly recommend trying this spot. We got the lemongrass beef and the pho’rench dip. Both of them were amazing. I’ll be back to try them all!
