As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food place. I get there after ordering my food online for them to think I am DoorDash and telling me to tell them the can’t get the food and being friendly. To then me telling them it’s my food and getting defensive and told I will get my refund back we will see receipt says check closed and no where does it say refunded.

It’s been awhile since I’ve visited a Rally’s and today while working in Muncie Indiana the opportunity presented itself. The staff team at this location is very polite, friendly and eager to help curb the patrons appetites. The food was presented hot and fresh tasting through the drive through with great taste and portion sizes. I tried the advertised Mango Smoothie as well and it didn’t disappoint with its fresh tasting flavor and chilled just right. The restaurant was clean and well organized with a separate drive through for online order pick ups to keep the traffic flowing smoothly.

Went to get some food everything was fine until we got to the window. The lady (Morgan with pink hair) knew my boyfriend. And started to talk poorly about his children’s mother and said every disturbing things about his daughter the whole time we were waiting for our food. I got the chicken bite and fries box ice cold and taste like its been sitting for hours. Will not be back due to the very uncomfortable situation and the horrible food. If I could give the place negative stars I would.

I usually LOVE Rally’s but today, I’m upset…
I saw the new commercial of the new steak subs and I couldnt wait to try the philly cheesesteak sub!! In the commercial, the sub was full of steak, the bread was about 6 inches long, & it looked so tasty!!!
So my husband just got home with my order, and this is what I got… theres BARELY any meat!!! The bread is the same size as in the commercial and its fresh, the steak is good, even the cheese and onions are good! But when I take a bite, its ALL BREAD!!!!
Also, my husband isnt happy either! He got the baconator sandwich and theres only 4 small pieces of bacon!
What’s going on today, Rallys? Are the employees upset they’re working on a holiday or what? I expect better from Rally’s!!
I did give 2 stars cause the fries are good and my son is loving his little box full of chicken bites…

It took about 10m to place our order with 2 cars in front of us. They had us pull around to the other lane to wait for our food. (I am assuming for space and to keep their drive through timer low.) But then we waited OVER AN HOUR to get our order. A guy came out and told cars their credit card reader went down and they were going cash only about 30 minutes into our wait. It worked for us and since we already paid and we were literally stuck between other cars waiting, we couldn’t drive off. Most people left. When we got to the window they had to ask for our order again, but the food was half cold. They threw in an extra half cold fries for the wait. Should have gone anywhere else.

Was told to drive around and go back through the drive through again even though I just paid for my food and I told them I couldn’t make the tight left turn back around the building cause I’m in a obviously long truck. They wouldn’t except that answer and became very aggressive insisting I try anyway. I said I know my truck and it won’t make that turn and asked what’s the big deal? Why can’t I wait for my food at the window? They said cause it’ll hurt their drive through time, and said they’d get in trouble. I said well I can’t make that turn so I’ll have to wait here. They then shut the window with no response to what I said and got my food while forgetting my drink and one of my sandwiches. I didn’t eat the food. The way they were so hostile about the whole thing I didn’t trust them not to spit in my food. I will never be going back to this location.
