The Bun Bo Hue and yellow curry rice are delicious and flavorful. In my opinion, it’s the best vegan Bun Bo Hue I’ve tried so far. The vegan spring rolls are fresh and refreshing. The beet lemonade and avocado smoothie are just perfect to go with the meal. I wish the Bun Bo Hue could be a bigger portion. Service is friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is clean with a cozy ambiance. There is plenty of parking outside the plaza parking lot.

This place surprised me more than I could have imagined. I’ve only been vegan for a few days, and I still remember the taste of meat very well. I ordered a bacon burger, and my wife got a chicken one. I have no idea how they do it, but I could clearly taste both the bacon and the meat — it was shocking in the best way. I ate with my eyes wide in disbelief.
It was so delicious that, compared to the best meat burgers I used to love before going vegan, this one tops them all. My wife was also in absolute heaven with her “chicken” burger. We were so impressed, we’ve come back two days in a row, and now we’re on a mission to try everything on the menu.
And don’t even get me started on the cookie butter cheesecake — insanely good. Honestly, it rivals (and beats) the classic non-vegan cheesecakes I’ve had. This place is a gem. I wish more people knew about it, and I hope they open franchises around the world.
Thank you for making such mind-blowing food — and doing it all without harming animals. You’re amazing. I was so caught up enjoying my burger that the only photo I managed to take was of an almost empty plate.

Incredibly fresh ingredients and really tasty dishes! We got the West Coast Tacos, the Veggie Bacun Burger and the Royal Pho soup . Will be coming back for more. The restaurant is very pretty, inviting and extremely clean.
Our server Lauren was very kind and professional.

The food is great, the owner is always kind, and they are willing to answer questions and accommodate additional dietary restrictions like allergies whenever possible. One of the staff is also a Swiftie and everyone is very friendly! Definitely stop by and relax, even if it’s just to have a relaxing lunch by yourself. There are cozy corners for solo diners and the atmosphere is nice. My favorites are the ube cookies, iced matcha (you can ask to not blend it), lemongrass “chicken” and all the pho. Takeout is easy too, and for most local places I recommend giving a call especially because staff are good at customizing better than websites.

It was so so. Last time I was here it was great, the service and the food. This time, not so much. The waitress was very uninterested with serving us. We had to call her over for orders, more water, the bill, etc. The food was decent but nothing to go crazy about. I found it odd that they don’t have and sugar-free drinks. No diet soda. Also, the kids wanted ranch dressing for their fries and chick’n and they don’t have it. They weren’t out of it, they just never have it, says the waitress. I will give them another chance just in case this was an off day.

My first time here, I ordered the Happy Burger and a Beet Lemonade. They were both way too good! I will, definitely, be going back and highly recommending!
I am looking forward to trying out other dishes and their deserts!
Also, it is very clean and inviting, and the service is A++!

First off, it’s the second time ordering food from here.
First time, great. Second time great. I got the tacos “chickun” mm. Recommend squeezing the lemon they provide. I got the sweet potato fries which I didn’t get a pic of but were delicious. Saw the sweets I should’ve ordered. (Drool).
If youre vegan or vegetarian, try this place out!
Also the staff was super nice. Can’t wait to try the soup!

This is a fairly large place even though it doesn’t look like it from the outside. It’s also in a very kind of rundown plaza and the signs to get to it are a little confusing but once you get in there it is nice. The waitress was super friendly and willing to explain anything. She also asked without being prompted if anyone had allergies that they could accommodate. There was live piano music when we were there. Decent size menu but somewhat on the small side compared to other places. They had a variety to choose from drinks soup salad main entrees and desserts. They had a cherry cheesecake which was good. The only thing is that this is a restaurant attached to a cult. But they don’t really push it other than having the materials in the restaurant and pictures of the supreme master on the walls. If you can get past that it’s not a big deal or pushed on you at all. My only criticism of the food was that it was fairly oily.

The BEST. If you haven’t tried this, you’re seriously missing out.
We love Vegan Pho and fake-Fish Tacos. We’ve tried these two dishes at so many places. But the Sun Vegan has really been exceptional! So much so that just writing this made me place another order haha.
Everything is vegan here, and they are nice variety of dishes. There’s pho, tacos, burritos, rice dishes, soups, and many more. We can’t wait to try everything on the menu.
Absolutely 100% recommend!
