I’ve lived in La Grande for almost 11 years now and this Dominos location has been consistently great! Anytime I’ve ordered pizza’s they are always the same, which is a great thing. Some pizza places you’ll get a pizza with too much sauce one time and then not enough sauce the next, the dough consistency will be different but this Dominos is always consistent. In a small town of 13,000 people and this being the only dominos location, they are always very busy but they do a good job staying ahead of the curve, I feel like I’ve seen 20+ employees in there and each of them are hustling non stop. I want to give Kudos to this specific Dominos and its employees for being the best fast food restaurant in town, and its consistency is what sets them apart from every other place in town!

Today, Jan 22, 2026, was, hands down the BEST BEST pizza I’ve ever gotten from Domino’s, definitely from Final Cut and definitely definitely from Pizza Hut!
I mean Domino’s has good pizzas all the time anyways but today was a definite showstopper and worth time to write this review.
I do not know the name of gentleman who made my pizzas but he did a wonderful wonderful job!

We always order with the Dominos app and the “coupons” on their are very helpful. We know what we like and enjoy our food. There have been several times, including today, where we have requested light sauce on a pizza, however, it is never light. Today, on our two pizzas that were just marked normal sauce, there was SO much sauce, it was very overpowering on the pizzas. My request is to have the amount of sauce put on that is ordered. Thank you!

We had ordered pizzas for our team members and it took them 3 hours to deliver the pizzas. This was after 3 calls to them and a guarantee for our money back. We weren’t able to issue a refund request online because they canceled our order before they finally delivered it. We never got our money back and the pizzas were cold. The employees were rude. Likely won’t be returning here and will be advising others to but support this dominos while they have this current team there.

Used to be one of my favorites, but lately has just been terrible with service AND food. This time, I ordered through the app. I showed up after the app said it was done, and it was sitting there waiting. Order done. But the girl folding pizza boxes would NOT get it for me; just told me someone would help me in a minute. I had to wait a few more minutes for a delivery driver to come up and help me. Absolutely ridiculous lol it was ONE PIZZA. Then when I get it, it’s half air pockets(those aren’t sausage). I also deliberately ordered no seasoning on the crust, which they ignored. So I’m glad only SOME of us can eat the pizza. I’d rather wait for a good pizza than have to wait for this disappointment.

Where was the meat on my Philly steak sandwich? I won’t order from them again!!!! Tried again terrible service waited over an hour . Called back said it would be another 20 minutes. I’ll never order from those liars again. You’re better off calling pizza hut.

I just want to commend our local dominos for stepping it up lately. Things were bad… incorrect items, extremely long wait times, missing items. Our family took a break for a while and decided to order for delivery recently. We got everything, it was made correctly and soooo much tastier. Delivery was relatively quick for a Friday night and driver was super friendly!

I am not sure what has happened to this Dominos, or if it’s all locations, but the cheese and sauce are not the same. Toppings are also skimpy, and the sauce is barely existent.
Not going here anymore, Walmart pizzas are about the same quality (if not better) and half the cost or less.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. We ordered five pizzas from this Domino’s, expecting the usual 20–30-minute wait since the store is just an 8-minute drive from our place. But instead, we were left waiting for an unbelievable hour and a half! For such a simple order, there’s just no excuse for this kind of delay, especially when there are other options nearby that could easily deliver in half the time.
When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm. I could tell the pizzas had been sitting for a while before they left the store, which made the long wait feel even more pointless. The cheese had congealed, and the toppings looked sad and dry. If I wanted room-temperature pizza, I could have just reheated leftovers at home. There’s nothing worse than waiting this long and receiving food that clearly wasn’t even fresh when it left the store.
We called the store twice to check on our order, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. They barely offered an apology and just told us the driver was “on the way.” This kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable. We ordered from a major chain expecting reliability, but this location failed completely in both service and food quality. I definitely won’t be ordering from this Domino’s again.
