We placed an order for 3 crazy puffs an Italian cheese bread, two breadsticks and a pizza. When we arrive another person in the restaurant had been waiting over an hour for their order, a group of three kids came in having ordered online 40 minutes prior and a group of girl were in the corner also waiting for their order. We arrived at the earliest pick up time and I received a notification that my food went in the over 2 minute prior, after the first person received their order I went to the far side of the counter to watch the boxing area and watch my breadsticks sit on the table for over 20 minutes and the rest of my order being boxed from the food that had been sitting at the end of the over since the end of the roughly 7 minutes it takes for it to be cooked and then finally at the time in the picture I received my good and drove home to my house less than 2 minutes away to eat my not ready and very much no longer hot food in a partially destroyed box tapped together and a bad of sauces and breadstick over in sauce from hastily placed not fully sealed containers overall if ur look for fast food pizza it would be quicker to go the the store and make it yourself and even if it didn’t taste as good atleast it would be hot.

I have been coming here for years. Will be days with good pizza and not so good. Recently for the past few visits our pizza has been half edible. EVERYTIME I get a pizza I have to turn on my oven and bake it longer. I get its cheap pizza but the quality has went down while prices go up. When you go inside it takes sometimes up to 5min to even be welcomed. Then when they do ask what you want no one wants to be there it seems. The atmosphere makes you ask yourself why am I here and after you get your food you are mad because you not only wasted your time but also your money. Do yourselves a favor and buy frozen pizzas from the store if looking around same price.

8:20 and they close at 10:00. Guy tells me it will be 45 minutes on my order because everything is shut down. So if everything is shut down how can you make a pizza? No problem Mr Lazy! Went across the street to Domino’s and got a real pizza. No more Little sleezer for me.

Can we please cook the pizza a lil longer? My cheese wasn’t even melted, and the pizza couldn’t hold the toppings. It’s usually never like this, don’t know what’s going on, but the last couple of times I’ve ordered, the pizza isn’t cooked enough.

When I told the manager we found cardboard in our pizza. Not on the top or under the pizza but under the cheese there was this cardboard. The manager said it happens sometimes. ♀️

Hot n ready and bread was super super good! The pizza was really cheesy and the bread wasn’t over cooked at all! Went through drive thru and the guy at the window was very friendly and helpful! Keep it up!!!

How they have Jason working in a customer facing role ie beyond belief. I cannot believe that someone so rude could be a manager in a customer faced company. When asking about his manager he got even more crappy with me and told me I am the manager. Three customers ended up walking out because of how rude he was being.

Difficult parking lot, no marking on overhead on drive-thru (I have a tall van), pizza dough tasted like Bisquick, and I ordered no jalapenos but had to pick them off. Wouldn’t visit this location again, I’d go across the street to dominos.
