Very bad experience
I ordered a chai latte and when I got to the window I ordered a cake pop. The gentleman at the window said “No because there’s a long line”. I understand they were probably busy, but he wanted to me to go back on that long line just to get one item that takes a second to get. It unbelievable.

Starbucks didn’t package an Uber delivery I was making properly. Unfortunately, the wet paper bag full with drinks collapsed on the passengers seat when I lifted it up by the handle. The manager laughed in my face and blamed me for shaking the drinks in the delivery process whereas they were in fact secure during the whole trip. I’ve made 1398 deliveries and I’ve never had a problem with drinks being shaken. You can see from the pictures how careless they were in the process of making the drinks. The lid wasn’t secure on one of the coffees is I believe what happened.

My only issue with this location is the parking lot that the other customers can’t seem to navigate — I have NEVER had a bad experience over the last few years coming here. I have seen a lot of bad driving and incredibly rude interactions by CUSTOMERS only, not by the employees — I’d assume the negative reviews on here are from the same rude, horrible drivers that’s frequent this location. These employees deserve 10 stars and beyond with what they have to put up with — I’d suggest those having bad interactions to reassess how they treat the employees here… it is not hard to be kind.
My dogs would give them 100 stars if they as they get a pup cup on the regular. I’d you’re going into the store and don’t know how to navigate a tight lot, then park on the street.

I occasionally come to this location to do my schoolwork. A worker in a fuzzy brown sweater and dark brown hair approached me and told me that I needed to order something so I could stay here and do my schoolwork. I have never heard of this before. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and never needed to order something so I could stay and do my schoolwork. I then ordered egg bites. About 5-10 minutes later, the same worker came up to me again and asked if I had ordered something. I showed her that I ordered egg bites. Has this happened to anyone who needed to order something from the store so they could stay inside and complete paperwork? Never coming to this location ever again!
