I’ve been coming to this place since 2021, back when I was in college, and every time I’m in town I always come back. The food is consistently great, and the staff are always super nice and friendly—even when I haven’t visited in a while and there are new team members. The restaurant has a really nice outdoor area that’s perfect for hanging out with a group of friends, and the inside is also cozy and welcoming. Overall, it’s a cute spot to grab some drinks and good food. They also have BOGO margaritas at great prices, which is a huge plus!

After living here in Tally for 5 years I was finally able to come to this restaurant, I came on a Thursday for lunch since I was nearby and decided to visit it, the young woman who welcomed me was friendly and helpful, the food was very good and I really had a Really very pleasant experience.
I will have to go back and try more dishes on the menu and some of their drinks. The decor and atmosphere are very nice.
Definitely worth trying another Mexican food option in town.

I’ve been to Panchos many times before and always enjoy the food, but today’s visit was especially great thanks to our server, Thomas. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service really stood out and made our meal even better. Panchos never disappoints, and with staff like Thomas, it’s always a fantastic experience. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was amazing. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sunset and post-rain cool air. The waitress was kind and efficient in answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing! The whole family loved their dishes and the day of the dead theme is on point. Lots of variety and vegetarian/vegan friendly. Staff was so nice and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely delicious al pastor street tacos (and not greasy like some others I’ve had in town). I’m on a mission to try all the al pastor street tacos in town, and I think these are at the top of the list so far. Black beans that came with it were also very good. Hubby got the Texas nachos that come with chicken, steak & shrimp, and they were super good as well. This was our first time there tonight, but it definitely won’t be our last!
*UPDATE* after a few years, we’ve returned many times for many meals and even ordered takeout a few times as well. Continues to be yummy!

It’s not your typical Mexican restaurant, actually have great food that’s just like home. Rarely does a restaurant serve fresh corn tortillas. Meat is tender and not fatty, great with or without salsa.
Surprisingly, they’ve managed to place enough seating into a small place that had about half.
Service was prompt, staff friendly, courteous and attentive, granted this was at a slow time but I’m sure it’s consistent.
On my list of places to eat regularly when I’m doing a food rotation and wasn’t some good tacos.
