Don’t recommend this place. Typically, I only post good reviews.However, this one was so bad that it needed to be shared. Our waitress was terrible. It was the worst service we’ve ever had. As soon as we got seated, she literally said, “what do you want”. No “smile”, no “hi”, no “how are you”. There was only a few other customers there. It seems she treated everyone like that. Not just us.
The restaurant atmosphere overall was really cool. Sports everywhere.
When my food came out, it was embarrassing and I can’t believe she gave it to us. I do not know what it’s like to be a waitress but I do know what it means to take pride in my work. She obviously didn’t cook the food but I don’t understand how they would serve it to me. I got the nachos, and uh, I will let you see for yourself how they looked. Take your money somewhere else.
I feel that this place could have a great potential. With a change in staff.

Stopped in while visiting the casino and the restaurant was the nicest part of our visit. We didn’t have high expectations but were pleasantly surprised. Food was fair portion for the price, everything was hot and accurate and service was friendly and prompt. The salsa specifically that came with the quesadilla was out of this world, seriously good. Even for a Satueday night, there was next to no wait time even with a mostly full restaurant and bar. So they do a good job of keeping things moving. While we might not go out of our way to eat here, I would absolutely recommend it if you happen to be at the casino.

The food was good and came out to us quickly. The waitress however was horrible. Didn’t come to refill our drinks, didn’t ask how the food was, she just passed by and asked do we need anything and kept walking. When we finished our dinner, the plates were taken away by someone else, not to mention our drinks were given to us by someone else as well. We waited 28 min for our check to be brought to us.

First timer, traveling from Pittsburgh. Wish I could give 0 stars but I gave 1 star because our waitress, Lori, was sweet & helpful. My salmon came out not done in the middle, sent it back, and a fresh piece of salmon came back to me RAW! I left and had to get food from somewhere else @ 10pm. Will not be back.

Watch out when you get the 9 dollar pizza. It’s not authentic. They put 4 single slices together from other pizzas and serve it. That’s wild practice.. I have pictures of the slices put together that Cleary shows a difference in consistency of width and length and thickness and you can see clear as day its not the same pizza! It’s just 4 single slices on a tray. That is the most dishonest business practice I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. I didn’t eat the last piece but made sure I pulled it apart out of fear it would end up on someone else’s tray later in the day. Do better guys.

I enjoy eating here and watching sports. I give it 5 stars, all but for one person.
There is one bartender that always has an attitude and the last time he got us waters and never came back to wait on us so another bartender helped. I normally wont let one guy ruin it for the rest but I will not order if he is there because I leave tips and I don’t want to leave someone Zero. I will avoid him because every single time we go, it is something else with him and I am tired of it. He wears his glasses low on his nose and looks down on people like he is better than them. The last time he came over cussing about something and it was really busy. I’ve been in restaurants for 29 years so I get both sides of it. He is uncalled for.

Three of us ate dinner at Skybox tonight. Two of us had the Sirloin special medium and one of us ordered the Prime Rib medium well. The Sirloins were cooked a little more than medium but the Prime Rib in spots was rare and other areas it was medium. Asked to have it cooked a little more to medium well. Comes back from the grill after this partially medium well and still almost rare in spots. Complained to waitress and response was if we take it home they cant give any discount, But would discount check if we left it there, which was 3/4 of it! Lady manager walked by us at least 4 times after waitress brought to her attention and ignored us. We were interested in coming back for Walleye and drinks but not now! UPDATE: that night the manager emailed and we went back last night, 8-27, and thanks to Rachel and Gretchen they resolved our complaint. Excellent steaks and Walleye. Enjoyed the flights also.

If you can’t cook a steak medium without butterflying it, you shouldn’t be cooking a steak.. server’s are super awesome and apologetic but they need to fire whatever poor excuse for a cook they have back there. They are not skilled enough to work at burger king. Food is always wrong. I’ve eaten here 5 days in a row almost, and it’s been wrong evert day. Very disappointing.
