Its nice to walk in seeing an excellent health rating!
The staff were super amazing! The young girl named Isabella was so polite & friendly! I didn’t catch her managers name but he was kind as well! The other young lady there who is training to be a shift lead .. my hat is off to you! Like I said in store I have never seen anyone be so enthusiastic about taking temps! You definitely seem to be at the correct store now! Good luck on your training you seem to have a great manager teaching you!

Came in tonight starving after seeing a Seahawks game. The gentleman behind the counter had a few people before us but greeted us right when we walked thru the door. He commented on our gear when we got to the front of the line and took our order. He was extremely friendly, personable, and he and his other employee made the best sandwiches. He had exceptional customer service and the food was fantastic. We usually go to Maple Valley but will be coming to Covington going forward because if this kind man. I didnt get his name but he was such a great guy and needs to have his manager aware if how fast, friendly, and efficient his service was. Thank you!

Stopped in for some carryout subs not long ago. We were first in line but waited to be helped for a few mins while they cut meat and lettuce. Once we started our order it went pretty quick. Staff was a little quiet but very friendly. I ordered the Chicken Bacon ranch, which they made in the back. I didn’t think about taking pics of our sub sandwiches until they were gone. They were delicious. Spent $40+ on 2 large subs. No drinks or sides.

We come here for food between work meetings, and I understand that time estimates can’t always be accurate. However, after being given our late (online) pickup order, it was wrong. Wrong bread on one of the giant sandwiches (white instead of wheat). The other was split into two… smalls? The size doesnt add up, shown in the picture. Very unhappy about this.

First and foremost… It’s a sandwich shop. Clean shop and I do like how all meats and cheeses are cut right then when ordering. The gentleman I had helping me seemed to be a lead/shift manager-as he was working the line very efficient. The two other employees were not giving him the support he needed. The apologized to the customers and was very nice about it. The subs themselves are kinda messy, with really not a lot of flavor- very bland. My biggest issue with the sandwich I got was it was covered in a Oil and/or Vinegar? I think they are hoping it gives it some flavor and makes everything seem moist and fresh. As you can see by my fourth photo- they get carried away with it as it was everywhere and it took away from enjoying the sandwich like I thought I would. I needed to grab Mayo out of my fridge when I got home to give this a three star review. Would have been two if not.

Food is consistent regardless of who is working. To get an “Excellent” food rating, makes me appreciate the employees that much more. Seeing the same employees is what makes me a repeat customer. The only complaint is that the roast beef sub should automatically come with mayo.
