Just ordered from them for the first time tonight. I got it delivered so I can’t speak to the customer service. The fries were okay. I feel they may have been fried with someone else or in the same grease they had a taste I couldn’t figure out. But the chicken Philly made up for it. There was a decent amount of meat (good bread to meat ratio) and good price. I think this is the first time in my life I didn’t have to add a soup, condiment or sauce to a sandwich. It was juicy and really tasty, will definitely order again. I wish I could add a photo but I inhaled that sandwich.

Fantastic chicken, awesome prices, wonderful customer service! Sweetie was extremely kind and helped us place a big order while we couldn’t make up our minds about what else to add. The drive thru lady was the Rudest person I’ve ever met. The long wait is expected since your food is made fresh.
I ordered my food in the drive thru. And waited 20-30 minutes for my food. She finally handed me the food, I grab it and before I could even set my food down on the seat. She yells at me to hurry up and get out the way because there’s a car behind me. I look at her like, what? Did you think I was going to eat my food in the middle of the drive way or what? Maybe if the food came out quicker than it wouldn’t be such a big deal when there was a line in the drive thru.

They keep changing the prices every time I go .. but fried shrimp is really good. The Philly steak sandwich is the worst one I’ve ever had . So dry . The fries are good if seasoned well. They chicken wings doesn’t have enough breading on it for me .

They are ready to serve you. Walked in and out with 25 wings and a platter of fish nuggets, and fries in 10 minutes. 5 other customers came in for pickups in that time. The fries were tasty. I wish the wings had been dipped in sauce instead of poured on. They were still good though. The giant platter only came with one drink. Prices were pretty good.
The store also has shelves of other items: cereal, Nutella, sugar, rice, Ramen, cleaning supplies, detergent,….it was odd to me and none of it had prices. Maybe its convenient for some people. Very Middle Eastern shop vibe.

I am writing this review because the poor service and small wings. Pulled up in the drive thru and the associate was eating something. Didn’t wipe his hands before touching my credit card. That’s disgusting, easy way to transfer Germs. As he was handling me my food, he started yelling at me in his language. I could only assume it was insults. Quick to get in his feelings about something. This is the second time. I had poor service from another associate during another visit. This associate was an older man. I will never go back here due to the lack of respect received.

Very nice fast food restaurant. Emphasis on fast. They gave an extensive diverse menu. Call ahead, pickup at the drive-through & be on your way lickety-split. This place is super busy. The staff is well-organized & highly efficient. They cater to GrubHub & DoorDash. Plus, the food is really good. We ordered the catfish & wings with fries & the gyro sandwich with fries okra. The only issue was none of the staff wore PPE.
