Thought I’d change it up from Burgers to Chicken. I had the Chicken sandwich combo with everything. Also added The Shmack and Cheese with chicken and Bacon. Is ordered a Mack n Jacks. The service was great. Wazni (Employee) was super helpful and very knowledgeable on the menu. Even recommended to try their home made sauces. The Mango Habenero was spot on. Not too spicy but flavorful. This kid is what customer service is all about. Great food Great Atmosphere. Definitely will come back.

The employee Joey sold us on everything. Since it was our first time he made us feel so welcomed and gave us recommendations on all the sauces and foods. He even let us sample the sauces to let us know which one we would like. His customer service and salesmanship was the best I’ve ever seen. The best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had and I hate restaurant Mac and cheeese. The boneless chicken is FRESH, soft and juicy. The fries are perfectly seasoned. This is truly a hidden jem.

I had gone during lunch recommended by Red Lion Hotel, truly a gift to the town. The food was phenomenal, the service was hilariously top tier, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for a wonderful experience !!

Charged for sauce when it came included with meal. 2 sauces @.89 cents. Cheese was still cold on buffalo chicken fries (2 orders) and your employees aren’t aware of what is in stock? Can’t be bothered to ask. Will not come back. This used to be my favorite place. Im super disappointed.

Had the chicken shack for the first time….. loved it!!!! The quality of food the hospitality of the people working is making me come back again! Totally recommend! I ordered the chicken nugs with the hot spicy bbq yumm yumm!!!! Definitely give them a try!!!!! Outstanding service chicken shack! Loved everything about my visit today!

Great music, great customer service. You can tell the sauces are made from scratch. Highly recommend trying the raspberry siracha, mango habanero. We ate it all so fast I only got pics of the Parmesan fries and schmackin Mac n cheese

Joey is awesome and deserves a raise!! Or maybe 3! Our first time in, and he knew everything on the menu without looking at it, gave amazing recommendations for spicy things as I don’t like spicy, and even offered to fix anything if I put “too much” spice on it.
We were in town for business, and our last night here we wanted somewhere close to our hotel, so we walked here! My only regret is not coming here the first night.
We liked it so much, we came back in the next day (today as I write this lol) before heading home. This will definitely be a lifetime favorite, and a must every Wenatchee trip!
Also to add in, the head chef who makes the mac & cheese from scratch, keep up the phenomenal work!

We were visiting for our sons soccer game. We picked this because of the ratings. We were not disappointed. The two young men working there gave us the skinny on the menu. Made recommendations. It was fantastic! Food was excellent. They have no shortage of sauces. And the fries were heavenly!

I highly recommend the Chicken & Waffle and the Baked Beans!! Super tender & very lightly breaded chicken and the waffle was soft on the inside, golden crisp on the outside just as they should be! Drizzle the syrup on top and you have a remedy for your sweet & savory craving. I’ve tried many different delicious sauce flavors , but being Southern, I got to put this dish as my go to. The Baked Beans are fantastic! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed
