Good news: I’m so greatful you put a super convenient location on Washington, thank you!!
Bad news: Had a small issue at the store level and tried to talk with a manager. The shift leader handled it very poorly at the counter adding to the frustration but then he made it 100x worse submitting falsified customer surveys to avoid accountability. Final straw: Called the store on two occasions trying to reach a real manager to have a real discussion but ole Justin answered both times. He said he was the manager and I could just call Funderburk if I didn’tlike it……. Good luck with him!!

In Tullahoma today, I ordered through the mobile app. And then proceeded to wait 35 minutes. And then I had to go inside with the person parked next to me who had waited AN HOUR. When we got our food it was cold, even though they “just made it.”
No use in complaining to management, because they don’t care. We watched over 30 vehicles come in and thru the drive through, when the mobile app is supposed to be the quicker option.
No apologies for the wait, not even a thank you for our business.

If I could give this McDonald’s no stars, I would! Ridiculous customer service. I have a 9 year old that could serve the public with greater satisfaction than the McMinnville store. Orders wrong constantly. You wait 20 minutes to get an order. If you can even order, meaning if someone acknowledges you at the drive thru. Constant.

McRib was great. But if the happy meal box is open why can’t your employees make sure the nuggets are in the box. Gordonsville messed up costing me more money in Cookeville to buy my grandson nuggets. Double check your orders before passing thru the window. It’s not rocket science.

Absolutely terrible restaurant. Orders in the drive thru are often wrong and I’ve had to pull ahead and wait many, many, many times. Food is often luke warm or down right cold. If I ask for the manager, they are often rude and have no desire to make anything right. This should all be blamed on Larry Funderburk of Funderburk Mgmt. Every restaurant they manage, I’ve had a horrible experience at. It’s a shame too, cuz the Winchester McDonald’s used to be a good place (before Funderburk took over). Larry Funderburk needs a new line of work….do us all a favor Larry and sell to another Mgmt Co and retire. Get out of this business …because you’re terrible at it

Possibly the worst management company in the country. I live in Winchester TN and used to frequent the local McDonald’s, and I almost always got good customer service and hot food. Recently these Funderburk clowns took over and this McDonald’s has taken a complete nose dive. The food is consistently room temperature, if not cold. The workers seem like zombies. And the wait times in drive thru are utterly ridiculous… especially ridiculous considering they don’t serve hot food. I’ve gone anuknber of times since this mgmt change hoping they would get better. But today I officially give up. I will not go to this local.mcdonalds….and if I see a Funderburk Mgmt sign on any restaurant…I’ll keep on going. Spread the word people…..I will tell everyone I know to stay away from restaurants this company runs….because it’s obvious they got no clue how to run a decent operation.
