Absolutely fantastic food and great service! I highly recommend the molcajete de mar y Tierra, has a little bit of everything in it, shrimp, chicken, steak, franks, cheese, chorizo, and can’t remember what all else, but it’s good for two people to eat. And most importantly, Nopales. A Mexican restaurant ain’t Mexican if it doesn’t have nopales, and they always serve me a great amount as a side dish, great for the vegan/vegetarian folks out there. Oh, and Their micheladas de Pacifico are banging too!

Every time i eat here i have the best experience. The food is amazing , reasonably priced and the service is incredible. Each waitress helps each other out and makes sure to personally check on you to make sure you’re doing alright. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Nice little place with friendly staff. Have eaten here a few times and everybody really enjoyed their food. I recommend their quesabirria tacos – the consomé is more of an actual birria that could be eaten as a soup by itself, not just broth. Have not tried the ACP, but it looked fantastic, and friends love it.

Our food was great! The stuff were friendly and although a smaller place there was plenty of flavor!

Vaquero’s is an authentic Mexican restaurant that is probably the best in the Triad. The portions are insane. Seriously. Even if you go with an appetite, you will have a hard time finishing. Which is ok: the leftovers tasted just as good as when they were first served!

Some friends and I had dinner and drinks at Vaquero’s Mexican Grill and I have to say – this is hands-down the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving to North Carolina! Yes, it looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but that’s part of its charm. Once you taste the food, you’ll understand why appearances don’t matter one bit. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared.
If you’re in Greensboro and craving genuine, delicious Mexican food, do yourself a favor and give Vaquero’s a try. You won’t regret it!

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was delightful with sports playing on the TV’s however our server was lacking. She only came by enroute to another table and took awhile to deliver our food. A separate young lady did stop by a couple times just to update us so that was nice.

Delicious food packed with flavor. They have the BEST MICHELADAS! Very inexpensive pricing across the whole menu. The tacos were soo good and even the rice and beans were amazing. I couldn’t believe they had cactus but they did and was cooked perfectly. Our server was need but she wrote everything down and kept a smile the whole time even tho I think we were a little complicating. She handle is very well and was extremely fast and nice. I will recommend anyone visiting Greensboro to stop in and give them a try. They will blow your mind.

We ordered the Fajita plate and a flauta plate. The rice, beans and tortillas did not have flavor. I was bummed the flauta plate did not come with a side of beans (rice only). I appreciate that they made bean and cheese tacos for my kids but don’t like that they priced it at $3.50/taco. The horchata water was delicious and it came with refills so that was awesome! As for the service, there was a crab leg under my chair, our food came at different times and my plate came last compared to everyone else and when it did, I didn’t have silverware and had to wait to request it. The waitress was friendly though.

My wife and I got two steak ACP with grilled onions and peppers and as a somewhat connoisseur of ACPs, this place has the best one I’ve ever had. Seasoned very nicely. Will be back very soon
