I walked into the store to have a seat so I could place an order. I only sat down for 10 minutes, and the store manager came up to me to ask if I was ordering. I told the store manager I will place an order. I was trying to figure out how to reset my password so I’ll be able to receive points for my order. The store manager came up to me 5-10 minutes later to ask if I was ready to order, and I told her, “Please stop approaching me and embarrassing me in front of other customers.” She stated this is her store, and she can ask me what she pleases. The store manager feels entitled and walks around being passive-aggressive with customers. She also stated loudly, “Police enforcement is always on standby.” Smh, crazy comment to say after a customer who only sat in the store for 5-10 minutes. The store manager harassing me to place an order is unacceptable and ridiculous. She did not do this to customers who were not Black African American.

Above and beyond service. I brought my laptop and worked from there for about 2 hours. When I was about to leave,one of the team members asked if I wanted some water to go as he noticed I’d been working there for a bit.

The new remodeling of this starbucks location is absoluterly horrible. There are this small tables where it is imposible to study or read while sipping a coffee, these “tables” are connected to the unconfortable long seat so it is imposible to sit and work confortably. The design is also really horrible and looks ugly.

Today I ordered online a drink at this location as a mistake in the morning while I was at the other SB location already, so I called and asked them if I could pick it up later today and the lady who answered the phone said yes. And when I came in the evening to get my drink, they acted like I was a liar! The worker treated me so rude and made my drink so bad. He is the man with the beard (he didn’t have his name tag on).
I ordered a Grande drink in Venti size because I wanted more room for the foam but look at the drink, if excluded the foam, maybe it’s just a Tall size.

I go there to work on my laptop occasionally and typically buy something before I leave. The manager who is either new or I’ve never met before told me I had to leave if I wasn’t buying anything although the store was quite dead as the majority of my time there there was only 2 people in the store. She didn’t care. I won’t be purchasing Starbucks anymore they’ve gone downhill these recent years.
