Came in from out of town and we were looking for a local bar with good food…we found it. Not much of a crowd at 3:00 on Cinco de Mayo….but it was very clean and the service was great. We got one of the specials for the day…Nachos they were awesome…bang bang shrimp and grilled Chicken Sandwich were really good. Drinks were cold and the conversation from locals was nice. Would recommend!

It passed through parody into some horrifying reality that exists on the other side of sanity, more terrifying than actual insanity could ever be.
Someone actually thought this all through and decided they liked it.
That this was their vision
And that person deserves the hell they’ve built for themselves and named babes riverfront
Eardrum shatteringly loud karaoke, bad drinks, slow service, high prices, low quality
Food so bad we couldn’t even eat it.
No exaggeration, undercooked and inexplicably so salty yet so bland
Literally left the food and drinks and walked out
Just imagine how bad a place would have to be to walk in ravenously hungry because nothing else was open, and still just get up pay and leave.
I’ve had meals that gave me food poisoning that I enjoyed more than this

Place is fine. Services is awful, forgot our food order. Had to go up and remind server.
But bigger issue is I put $20 into lottery machine they have WITHIN their facility. Machine took money and spit out a $20 ticket and said, “see cashier”. Ownership refused to pay me back, since it “wasn’t theirs”. They mentioned that this had happened multiple times before earlier that day or week, idk. I don’t care. I provided my information because we had to go and they were going to figure it out.
Owner called me back and said the lottery people aren’t available for two more days to figure out. He then left a 4min butt dial on my phone at 3am. Never reached back out to me. Friends went back in days later since we are from out of town and they told them to pound sand.
Horrible establishment with even worse management and customer service. Find somewhere else to go.

Came in to shoot pool with my daughter and this is the first time I’ve been here since the remodel and what a beauty! Everything is so bright and clean now. You guys did an amazing job. This has been our family favorite for many many years and still will be, many years to come! Keep up the good work!

This really hit the spot after a long road trip. Honestly really tasty for bar food. McRiverfront burger and grilled chicken burger were both delicious. Chips were peppery and Cajun fries were tasty. Not sure what other reviews were complaining about. Atmosphere late in the evening was quiet, but exactly what we wanted. Quaint and cozy.

Update (2023) – under new owners, vibe is off. Food is not as good as before,.even been disappointed with my burger.
Local favorite place. 2nd generation owner running the restaurant after his dad ❤️ Any burger is delicious, side salad perfect, drinks are on point, mozzarella sticks are thick, service is the best, menu is a bargain and sunsets over the St. Joe river are spectacular- even on a cloudy day. Out door dining, kid friendly.
