First time trying and will order again. I got for takeout: Butter Chicken it comes with rice. Its very flavorful, savory buttery sweet but not overly sweet. I requested medium spice. I also ordered garlic naan which was deliciously garlicky and had herbs. I also got the tamarind chutney which I highly recommend, spicy tart and sweet. The green chutney was good too but if I had to choose I would get the tamarind chutney.

The Indian food served here is absolutely delicious. So much love and skills going into these dishes. We ordered the veggie samosas, the onion bhaji, the matar paneer, yellow dal, and garlic naan. I also recommend the saag and the Tikka masala. We drank chais that are freshly prepared by the cup!
The cost is certainly worth the large portion sizes and the woman who owns and runs the business gave excellent service! So kind and a genuine person.

We were so happy to discover this restaurant, being non-traditional folks around Thanksgiving time. The owner is unfortunately leaving after 33 years – but not yet! While you still can, give this wonderful local business a try. Excellent sauces, service, spices, wonderful Chai tea. Very cozy.

I just ordered takeout from here for the first time. I was going to order from my favorite place, but this was closer and unfortunately it was the WORST Indian food I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot of indian food. The butter chicken was chalky and a weird color, the Saag Panner was disgusting both in taste and texture (I am familiar with usual texture of the dish) and the raita both tasted and smelled wrong. Worried about food poison. The only thing semi tolerable was the naan. This meal was definitely not worth $40 and very disappointed and won’t be returning again. Will stick to my favorite (Silsila Tandoor.)

I had phone coupon from entertainment book, staff had not redeemed a phone coupon before: they were accommodating. I would print out the next one, although. Had the best experience here! The woman who owned the restaraunt was the kindest to us and served the best food! Mango Lassi was the perfect drink to cool off the spicy paneer!
