First off the chicken salad was disgusting. It tasted like it was stale. Then the ladies skipped our order to make other ones. The wrapping of the sandwich was not secure. Mostly disgusting chicken salad. I love wawa food but definitely will not be coming back to the location. The older lady cashier was great! She needs a raise! Very good demenor!

This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a gas station. Immediately upon walking inside I was greeted with a smile and hello from the younger white guy working the sandwich counter. When I did self check out, the nearby cashier woman greeted me as well. Very pleasant experience. 12/10/25 5:15PM

Do not visit this Wawa. My Apple Pay was set up, and my reward clearly showed my order total as $0.00, fully covered by my points. I have over 3,000 points on my account. The cashier pulled up my account using my QR code, looked like she hit something wrong and lost it, then pulled it back up — and after that, she still tried to charge me like nothing had been redeemed. She was rude and dismissive the whole time, and they still took my points. Completely unprofessional and not how Wawa should treat loyal customers.

Its seems that the management at this location does not care about customer service because most employees have attitudes when attending you drinks taste different every day there is only 2 people that make dinks properly you pay for extra add ons that are never added.
Last time i checked i spend $900 a month at this location and thas not including my wife.

This is the only Wawa I’ve been to where they keep cups for fountain drinks and coffee at the register. You have to buy the cup first before you can go get your drink. At every other Wawa you get your drink and then go pay for it. Makes it impossible to use a self checkout if you’re only getting a fountain drink, extremely annoying with only one open register and no line at the self check out.

I love Wawa! The made to order sandwiches, salads and bowls are made to order and totally customizable at the computer order kiosks are surprisingly good, especially at a convenience store. Overall, the store is super clean and is an example of.what a convenience store can be if they tried.

Wow man I just can’t win one with this Wawa. I don’t think the management of this Wawa really manages the store. The most fundamental thing you need in the morning is coffee and the dingbats at this Wawa do not have the specialty coffee’s activated on the menu which is the only thing I ever usually come to Wawa for most of the time so I just wasted my time coming in here for absolutely nothing. As you can see in these images they do not have specialty coffees turned on or available on the menu at all. I think I’m going to stop coming to Wawas just all together it’s pointless I’m wasting my time every time I come into this place. I thought they were supposed to be the best. I can’t actually believe that 7-Eleven across the street actually has what I need and Wawa does not. So if anybody needs specialty coffees forget this Wawa don’t give them your money just go across the street to the 7-Eleven across from them they are way better than Wawa. Just don’t give this Wawa any of your money or waste your time with them.
I am so upset at this Wawa I pulled out of the highway 528 to come down here and get a specialty coffee cappuccino and they have the entire thing shut down. What a waste of my time I hate places that don’t have available the things they supposedly offer and this is very offsetting. Bad on you Wawa bad on you.
