3.75 (better than 3 stars but not a full 4 stars, we didn’t have interest in finishing some items) but overall gets the itch scratched and is on par with others in the area. The best item we are was the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The service was great and I love they write edits on the boxes 🙂

Fried shrimp: It wasn’t crispy and it wasn’t hot. The breaded coating had a nice flavor but it was soft and soggy. Idk of it’s always like that or if they cooked a bunch earlier and left it sitting there to get soggy (?).

Beef Broth: It gets the need done but it’s not my fave beef broth in town. It’s a little too sweet and not savory enough for my preference, but the portion of meat and noodles was a good bug amount.

Bun bo hue broth: it gets the job done. It has more spices than other places. It’s not as sweet and not as spicy as other places near by. Too savory and lacks sweetness I find in others. It was so salty feeling after a bit my (male) partner who isn’t low sodium, didn’t want to finish it.

Shrimp Spring Roll: Full and fresh. Would order again.

Pork Spring Roll: Not bad, pork is a little salty. Will stick to shrimp.

Peanut dipping sauce: Pretty good. Better than other places in North Seattle. Maybe a tad less sweet tho.

Shrimp fried rice: we asked for extra egg and they do actually give you extra! But it’s in fried whole egg format as opposed to extra scrambled in the rice. However, there was 0 flavor, pretty bland. So we plan to resatay and add in some flavor/ tamari tomorrow.

Portions were good with enough meat, and the broth is not bad – if you want it hot, then you will have to request it.

Spring roll was a good size, but so is the price.

Overall had a pleasant meal.

If you are in the mood for some good pho,you can always count on Le’s Pho. They are consistently delicious, great service and very friendly staff. It’s located in a strip mall up north from Seattle in Shoreline.

I have been here several times and thought it is a very chill comfort food restaurant. I liked the food, but as I have eaten this types of food growing up, I am a bit pickier about them.

Good tasting food, great service, but to earn a 5 stars, I would like to be wow’ed. Keep up the great work. Below features lemongrass chicken vermicelli, spring rolls, and grilled chicken sandwich.

Been here twice, definitely my go to place for pho.
As Asian I have my own way to tell if an Asian restaurant is good, that is their play list! Those who have pop western music from 80s and 90s hardly go wrong. And if they play festive music during LNY, you can trust them. I came here in summer and during LNY recently, their playlist checked the boxes.
I like rare beef pho. The soup is SUPER good, light yet flavorful. Sliced beef is think and tender. Make sure to stir the pho quickly once you get them, they might stick together at the bottom of the bowl.
My partner is vegetarian, his egg noodles soup base is different from mine but it is also light and flavorful, kinda sweet. It also comes with lots of veggies and some firm tofu.

My dad and I come every Wednesday. They are very nice to my little brother and always give amazing service. Their pho and spring rolls are both also amazing. Always happy when I go here!

We had a veggie pho and a vermicelli bowl. Both were merely ok. The service was non-existent. The music was unbearable, I just wanted out of there. The place was much better under the previous ownership/management. I doubt I’ll go back.

Can’t understand why the ratings are this high based on my experience. When I was there – 3 other couples were inside. Not busy at all. The DoorDash delivery drivers showed up every ten minutes or so. They gave the drivers the wrong orders while I was there.

How do I know? ‘Cause it took 30 minutes for a teriyaki order and I heard the whole thing. Just a “sorry for the wait”. The food was okay when I eventually got it. There are enough good teriyaki and pho spots in Seattle to give this place a pass before I’d come on back.

I hope it was just a fluke based on their rating.
