Ordered a mobile order, came to pick it up order taker was friendly but the man at the window had no personality. They made my medium a small. I asked to get it fixed he just took the drink said nothing. Passed me the drink also said nothing. The afternoon and nightshift are awful here. And have no customer service.

This store is typically good but need to check their stock in the dining room cooler. Just brought this milk 10/6/25 and it didn’t taste right. Expired 4 days ago. Unfortunately didn’t have time to go back and get something else or a refund but.

By far the worst Dunkin in East Providence, hell maybe the state… I go place my order, they take my order give me my total tell me to pull up, I get to the window the take my payment and then tell me the bagel I ordered AND already paid for they don’t carry in their store…. So instead of having to sit and wait for a refund, I say give me a different variety of bagel, I get my order and drive off, get where I’m going to see that they haven’t even toasted the bagel, just slapped some unmelted cheese and an egg on it and called it day…… Thanks for wasting my time and money, I promise it will never happen again

Today I stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Taunton Avenue. Normally I do not go or they never can get my coffee right.
Not today I met the manager, her name is Cristen, is she lovely? She made me the best latte that I’ve ever had. And I order them everywhere at the finest places.
Her personality is outstanding!!!!
It is someone that you’d want as a friend outside of ordering a coffee from her. I almost asked her for her number. She was so pleasant,, great attitude, right on the $$ I hope cooperate, Dunkin Donuts sees this review because you have yourself a keeper hard worker. I just can’t even say enough words about my experience this morning. Started my whole day off on a positive note, meeting Christine:) Keep up the FANTASTIC work and personality

If I could’ve left less stars for a review, I would have. Out of products by 9 AM after being open for four hours and completely dysfunctional. Perhaps the owner should be more than Justin name only and make an appearance and assist when they are poorly staffed. Employees vocal about their being short-staffed, which in turn causes the dysfunction. Might be the worst run Dunkin’ Donuts, and East Providence.

Your employees are horrible just got an extra large hot with 3 sugars picked it from my cup holder cover immediately came off, still hot coffee on my chest and hands. It was so hot I had to throw the coffee. Throw the coffee aside covering my passenger seat
