I’m not sure why the top ratings were so bad. It was confusing where it was due to it being in Denny’s. The servers were polite, happy, and nice. Brought the food to my hotel, burger was delicious, fries were crispy and tasty.

App said my order was ready Denny’s lady said that’s not us and I don’t know why it told you it was ready, literally 10 seconds later the other Denny’s lady walks up to.me and hold out.my order without saying a thing .
I would recommend Burger Den finding their own store front instead of.using Denny’s especially if Denny’s is making them pay for Denny’s staff

Was just inside for about 20 minutes attempting to get an order for Ubereats. Watched the General Manager chat with customers at their table, and an employee running around attempting to locate their marijuana cartridge. I was repeatedly looked at, and ignored. Others were in there for 40 minutes+. Denny’s should not be able to call themselves ‘the Burger Den’.
