I order from Folcroft Original semi-frequently and ordered a Black & Blue cheesesteak platter over the weekend for the nostalgia. It was ok.
The steak was ok, the blue cheese was ok, but the steak sauce tasted too.. tart? I also noticed the fries were less battered than I remembered and they gave me macaroni salad instead of coleslaw.
Overall, the food was ok. The platter in the photos totaled $17 excluding a drink.

The pizza was exceptional—every element, from the rich sauce to the perfectly melted cheese and crisp, flavorful crust, exceeded expectations. Remarkably, this quality was maintained even through delivery. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

As a long time patron of this restaurant, today was my last and it’s only right that l share my experience with others.
They messed up my order, send me the wrong pizza and requested that l bring it back. I asked that they trashed it right in front of me, but the staff took it to the back and the manager was right there watching. As l asked that it was weird and it looks like they’ll sell it to someone else, he brushes me off.
Just be warned you could be a victim too.

I love this place and will never stop ordering from them just keep getting undercooked pizza and I always pick it up but eventually makes you want to call and talk to the manager. It’s affordable and good pizza just disappoints me recently and seems to be very hit or miss when i get it. Also not sure why they rush the pizza out on a pickup order I am willing to wait and these people see me so much I don’t know why they feel the need to rush it out of the door.

My experiences have always been great! I’ve never had any problems picking up food or having it delivered. The girls who answer the phones are always very sweet nice and friendly They never have made a mistake in any one of my orders and I’ve been dealing with Folcroft for many many years. It’s a great staff! And the food is delicious as always.

I normally love this place but today I ordered 2 large pizzas and when I received them and me and my family were ready to eat they were burnt. I called back to see if I could get 2 pizzas made and I bring them back the 2 burnt pizzas. The receptionist asked the cook and he said no and that we had to just eat it because he was not making 2 more pizzas even though he made the original 2 burnt where it was not edible. Was told I could only get a 5.00 credit to my account and that was only offered by receptionist but even that wasn’t enough. We just wanted to eat pizzas for dinner for our family movie night. Could not believe I was treated this way after years of business.
