I ordered off of Uber eats and my Alfredo pasta was so thin I could see the bottom of the plate and I paid $10 for it just to look like It’s the portion size for a baby and the loaded chicken that I got for my mother The sauce was so little they barely put anything on top of it very crappy Portions I feel like I got scammed and UBER wouldn’t give me AT LEAST some of my money back for the crap they gave me I think I’ll call corporate

Edit: Initially gave a 1 because we ended up waiting 2 hours and had to pick up our order ourselves, but when my husband went to pickup the pizza, the manager was extremely accommodating and gracious. Will give another try, but will probably only order pickup from now on
If youre going to order from them DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order delivery. The website always says it will take 30 to 40 minutes and the last 4 orders its been around 90 minutes or more….pick up has been a little better but still not great. Not sure what’s going on lately. Tonight, we waited an hour and a half to find out our pizza had been “delivered” to the wrong house apparently, and best they could do is remake our pizza for pickup for another 30 minutes from now….. avoid the headache and order from another place.

I went there on February 1 2026 upon walking in I noticed the music was really loud I thought I was in a night club. I placed my order and waited inside for my food they were jamming but it was really loud. I didn’t even hear my name called the cook brought my sandwich to me in the seating area. The bread on my sandwich was really hard, I had made it home and was hungry and didn’t feel like going back out in the cold. I probably won’t return. They just opened up a new Penn Station sub shop in Crown Point that makes great Italian subs and meatier.

Ordered online. There was an error with the address location. Called three times got put on hold for fifteen minutes then hung up on. Called back, hung up on again. Third time I got in contact with someone, thought it was all solved. When I received my two pizzas one of them was incorrect.

I called to place my order today Sunday Nov 30th at 3 o’clock for 20 pizzas ($18.99 2 medium pizza deal) for a 6pm delivery at Bulldog Park in crown point at 6:05 we called to be told delivery driver was on his way, 6:25 still no pizza. Called back spoke to a young man who identified himself as manager on duty. He said driver was about 5 minutes away, Bulldog Park and Domino’s are only 3 miles apart, manager says that it’s a 25 minute drive, BS!! Then when driver finally showed up he only had half of the order. Said he was sorry would be back with rest of the order in 15/20 minutes that was almost 2 hours ago now!!! Tried calling to have no one answer phone!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

I LOVE this location! We love ordering delivery for here because they are usually SO fast! We only live 10min away and the pizza is always still hot when it arrives I appreciate the quick service and the polite drivers! Crust on the pizza has a nice crisp and the flavor of the toppings and cheese melting together is insane! Pan crust or die. The spinach and feta bread was also quite good dipped in marinara! Thanks guys

Website showed 31 minute delivery time. Order placed at 6:26 pm. Out for delivery at 7:05 pm. Delivered at 7:45 pm. Cold food. Tracker showed driver all over the place. Not even a good path to deliver for multiple deliveries. All over the place back and forth. Someone needs to do better.

1 of the last 10 pizzas I ordered had the garlic seasoned crust, which is the only reason I get pizza from here. Telling the inside staff does nothing. Very disappointing as I am a frequent long-term customer.
