Eddie Joe’s Icehouse is a 5,000 square foot full-service restaurant and bar. We focus on great BBQ, Tex-Mex dishes, and cold beer. Our BBQ is handcrafted – and can be eaten plain, on a house bun, or experienced in our Tex-Mex lineup. All food is made with an emphasis on quality. The restaurant offers convenient dine-in seating for 100 guests. Online take-out orders are accepted, as well as carry out for beer.

My sister and I went there about three hours ago and left about two hours ago. There was no wait, the food was delicious (we shared a quesadilla), the drinks were great, the atmosphere was chill, the bartender was very nice, and the vibe was great overall. People sitting at the bar next to my sister and I knew how to strike up a conversation and were a lively group. There was this one man who paid for everyone’s drinks at the bar. My sister kept playing songs on the touchtunes app, which made it feel even more lively in there. I recommend this place to anyone for the food, the drinks, the people, and the atmosphere.

Friendly atmosphere and clean. I have never been disappointed with any food I have ordered from here. On Thursday evening, they serve pizza, and they are BIG. We have ordered a few of the different pizzas this one pictured is the Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch.

Tried Eddie Joe’s for the first time last night.
Cool atmosphere and great service. We had a brisket platter and a pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich. The food came out very quickly.
We enjoyed the sandwich, the sweet potato tots, and mac & cheese. The brisket was very tough and hard to cut/chew. Doused it with sauce which helped. The sweet potato muffin with butter was tasty.
Side note, I think the menu prices on the website are outdated.

This place is GREAT!
Everything we had was so good. We started off with a half order of the Pulled Pork Nachos. We then got the Brisket Platter with the beans and Sweet Potato Tots. The Brisket was a bit spicy but it didn’t linger, my boyfriend likes spicy and didn’t think it was. LOL The beans and the tots were good! We also got the Pulled Pork Platter with South West Mac & Cheese and fries which were perfectly crispy. The muffin with the pecan butter is Delicious!
The only thing that would make it better would be a marshmallow sauce to dip the Sweet Potato Tots in.
I’m going to say this has been the best BBQ place we have been to that has hit everything on point!
We were lucky and were there right at 5. If you are there much after I would say it’s best to make a reservation.

Brought the salad out after the meal after being reminded to do so twice. The Ribeye was just like one from the local grocery store. When I was charged market price for it. Ribs were dry and also charged market price for them. Not worth it. I have been to my share of smokehouses and this is by far the worst. At least the Mac n cheese was good. I do NOT recommend this establishment.

We went a month ago and it was good enough for a return visit, but this time was disappointing. We went on Friday night specifically because that is the only night they serve ribs. Unfortunately, the ribs were dry and overpriced; $30 for a half rack is ridiculous. You can get a full rack at East End Grill for that price. Or get a half rack at Cheddar’s for $17 that is more tender, juicier, and tastier. Burnt ends appetizer was just ok and also expensive for what we got. On the positive side, pulled pork, mac n’ cheese, sweet potato tots, and sweet potato muffins were good. The servers were hustling so they aren’t to blame, but the place was understaffed so service was slow. I don’t anticipate returning.

Stellar food! My wife loved her margaritas and we both thought the pulled pork was incredible. We even took an additional muffin home, because it was so good. Our server could have cared less that we were there, which was a disappointment. We’ll try again and hopefully get a different server.

We thoroughly enjoyed a brisket burrito with rice and beans and a piggy pork sandwich with side of fries. The meals were spot on with full flavor and fantastic service from Riley. Thank you Ice House for an awesome meal with good service.

Normally would have given this place a higher rating. We come here once a month roughly. Tonight was Saturday night, and there were not that many customers there. We had placed a carry out order, and when we arrived we were told that the kitchen was backed up. It was pretty obvious that was not the case, and they had just misplaced our order. Not a big deal, but we ended up sitting and waiting for over 40 mins for our food. When we got it, we were missing things, items had things on it that we had requested being left off, etc. A large party of people walked out with us and asked if this was normal, and I said “definitely not normal”. We love eating here, and I only write reviews like this so that issues can be addressed. Will definitely up the stars if things improve on subsequent visits!
