This was our first time stopping in here. Having never eaten at an Old Chicago, we ordered several things so we could try them. Chicken Parmesean, Buffalo Chicken Rolls, Cheesy Dippin Strips, and the Farmer’s Daughter pizza on thin crust.
Dee was our server and she was amazing and so very helpful. It was clean, the food came promptly, and all of it was delicious. I will definitely return. Very happy to have this place close to us.
Only thing I didn’t care for was how the pizza was cut. Had I realized it would be cut into little pieces, I would’ve asked for pie cut. But it was so tasty, the minor dislike for the cut doesn’t change my 5 star.

The food was amazing. It came out at a timely manner. The service was amazing. For my first time ever being to an old chicago I would say I would go there again. The server me and my husband had helped up out with the menu and it was amazing. Then there was this other server named Jason he sings happy birthday to you for your birthday and he did an amazing job.

First time! called in our order to eat at home. The man on the phone was very helpful. All of the food was still hot and perfect when we got it home. I am super picky about mac and cheese in restaurants, IT WAS EXCELLENT. We liked everything really. the thing we liked the least was the Italian nachos the chips were yummy but with the toppings just ok. overall though large servings and tasty. Honestly for just opening, I’m pretty impressed. Especially given how busy they have been! We have had great service every time we’ve been. Food comes out hot every time. Jason was our server this last time and he did amazing! Super friendly and interactive. He definitely takes care of his guest!

Was greeted by all the workers in stand by mode inside the door, was busy, got seated quickly, place order & was done in a very reasonable time, portion were good as well as food. Ok so my birthday was Wednesday the 31st and my fiance took his oldest son and I here on Friday. We got a tablet, seated, got our drinks the waitress we got came back to get my drink since I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Then we ordered the stuffed pizza rolls, donut bites and joked desserts before dinner well they did come first, then next we got stuffed pizza rolls then finally our pizza and the waitress even went abd gave us our first slices on our plates. I mean overall a very pleasant experience will definitely be coming back for sure abd this was my first time ever trying Old Chicago and you certainly made a customer well 3 this will be my next favorite restaurant right with R & B Drive In.

Definitely better than prior reviews had us thinking it would be! Our server, Peighton, was consistently awesome and attentive, the food was great – flavor town for sure -, and the hotel and restaurant were clean, inviting and comfortable. Will for sure go back!

Amazing service especially while he was apparently taking 4 tables. Food was taking long buts alright quality. Atmosphere seemed tense at first from other unhappy costumers but as time continued got better. Hosts seemed to be clueless as to what was happening, as if they weren’t trained or extremely nervous to make a mistake, yet after requesting a specific person still failed to give us said server. All the servers made sure we were taken care of. Definitely felt like a chaotic organization.

Very disappointed, went in at about 2pm the waiter took our order then disappeared for 25 minutes. My wife ordered a salad and it came out with the pizza. The waiter said that he had to make the pizza himself. He disappeared again for about 30 minutes I had to ask the bar maid to get him to get our check. He then made the transaction and asked him for a box. After 10 minutes we left and he came out to the parking lot with the box of pizza because I had enough. We were the only two in there the whole time. Never ever again!! If this is how they are going to treat their customers I predict a short stay in the Salt City

After 45 minutes, a manager finally check the kitchen to bring out out pizza,which was barely warm and NOT what we ordered. Server, who was training, was all over the place without help. She did a fair job at checking up on us. Very disappointed in management as this on them!
