This is Authentic Salvadoran food!
The pupusas had good flavor; probably because all ingredients were fresh.
The most satisfying and surprising was the sweet empanadas and sweet-sour horchata! It’s made different then the Mexican version. No rice milk, just freshly ground ingredients.

Really good food. Time is perfection so I did take out, I should call ahead it takes long time to make the papusas , I happen to go to swap meet and seen El Patio and knew it would be a bit of a wait, worth it though!! Food is delicious

Been coming here with my partner since 2016 and it’s still one of our go-to spots. The food never misses — breakfast plates are bomb, the pupusas are seriously top-tier, and the natural aguas always hit. He’s a fan of the sopa too. The owners are super sweet and always make you feel welcome. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to.

A hidden Gem in Stockton CA very good, I recommend everyone who visit, please be patient because good food don’t coock fast and specially El Salvadorean food.
I recommend the breakfast #2, the soups, the pupusas, Yucatan Friday, and their signature drinks.

Just tried this spot yesterday, let me tell you it is so good!! I just learned about pupusas about a week ago. They are one of my new favorite foods. The first place I had them from was in the Bay Area, I immediately knew I had to find a place in Stockton, well I found our spot!!! Can hardly wait to eat there again.
The owner was so friendly and eager to teach us about Salvadoran cuisine. I would highly recommend El Patio to anyone that loves Pupusas.

Pupusas don’t get much better than this. Will definitely be back, not to mention the guy at the front register was super nice. We came in around 30 min before closing, I had one left over and my husband ate it as a midnight snack! So I will definitely be back for another loroco lol

I thought it was the place next door I was pleasently surprised when I seen that it was the little restaurant next door that was empty with 2 younger men hanging out. One young boy and one older gentleman I got a couple things the were decent the puppusas are pretty good but I questioned Clearlyness because no gloves no hairnet coughing no washing hands in my sight, food was good tho just got it cold

I’ve eaten here three times, and all those times I’ve been shocked at how good the food was. I usually order the pupusas, and they’re probably the best I’ve ever tried. It’s an amazing restaurant with a nice homey environment. It’s one of Stockton’s hidden gems.

It was my first time trying the food from El Patio and the Popusas were great they had a lot of cheese and the curtido was also good but the only thing I did”nt like was the salsa, it tastes like Valvita or tomatoe paste straight out of a can, with no flavor.Other than that the food was good.
