I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and what stood out the most was how fast the order came out. The food was ready way quicker than expected, and everything was still hot and fresh. The pizza had great flavor, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Definitely a 9/10 for speed and service.
And shoutout to Sanaa — she’s amazing at what she does. She moves fast, stays organized, and still keeps a positive attitude the whole time. She’s hardworking, dependable, and always makes sure things get done right. She really deserves her recognition.

Please do NOT waste your time or money here. I placed a carry out order 10/30, oh but let’s start off with this store doesn’t answer any phone calls. All calls go to the Pizza Hut call center. But anywho I called to try to cancel this carry out as I needed delivery instead. Wasn’t able to. 10/31 I placed a delivery order online, put my card information in and everything. My card was charged however the website conveniently crashed so I didn’t receive a confirmation. I tried to call the store again to be sure they received my delivery order. The call center tells me that she didn’t see the delivery order just the carry out I placed. I explain that my card was charged for delivery and she tells me just go pick the order up at the store. I do that. Upon arrival no greeting no anything just a bunch of people in the back looking at you crazy. After waiting a ridiculous long time, it’s finally my turn. I tell her it was supposed to be delivery but it’s carry out and I paid already. She GIVES me the pizzas. You would think the story ends there? Wrong. 20 minutes later a Gmail email is blowing my phone up via FaceTime audio , it’s the girl who gave me the pizzas. Aggressively and argumentative tells me I didn’t pay so I need to return to pay. I info her I paid online and my card was charged. She’s literally arguing me down that I didn’t pay. So I hung up. She proceeds to keep calling/texting. Sending threatening text messages saying the police will track my number/she knows my car and face she can’t wait to catch me blah blah you gave me the pizzas no one stole anything! Please do better Pizza hut! Some of us ACTUAL work hard for our money and accusing someone of stealing when you were to lazy to actually check to verify or anything. Not to mention her lil messages included my delivery address so that just proved that my delivery order was received, you don’t have to enter an address for carry out?

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the whole experience was smooth and welcoming. It’s employees like her that keep us coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I recently visited a Pizza Hut for the first time and had a generally positive experience. The service was friendly, and the restaurant itself was impressively clean, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, while waiting for my order, I couldn’t help but notice the preparation of the pizzas was a bit sloppy. From assembling the pies to boxing them up, the attention to detail seemed lacking. Despite that, the pizza itself tasted good, so I would consider giving it another try, hoping for a more polished presentation next time.

5 stars easy. The guy, William was on wing duty and did not disappoint. Wings came out hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s cooking and keeps it consistent. If he’s back there, your food in good hands.

Get online order for about $45 and did not know they delivered through DoorDash and my order got stolen by DoorDash when I called to the store multiple times they informed me that they couldn’t give me a refund because These general manager is the only one who can and she will be in in the morning and that they couldn’t remake my food because they were running out of dough, but when I walked in and wanted to speak to the manager on duty, she stayed in the back and washed dishes for 10 minutes while I was in the building. I thought this was very rude and unbelievable.

I originally ordered pizza from this location and it was completely burnt. I called and spoke with the manager, who apologized and issued me a credit. Two days later, I tried to re-order using that credit. They took my order over the phone, confirmed everything, and then immediately canceled it after we hung up.
Since then, no one will answer the phone. DoorDash keeps directing me back to the store, and even DoorDash customer service couldn’t help because the restaurant won’t respond. At this point, I’ve wasted time, still don’t have food, and can’t even use the credit that was given to fix their original mistake.
Very frustrating experience and poor customer service from start to finish. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I had the wrong order delivered one time but the manager personally called me to understand what went wrong and then she rectified the issue and gave me a credit for my next order. She was very pleasant and professional and I appreciated her taking the time to reach out insteas of just passing the buck. Excellent customer service. All my orders since then have been 100% accurate, hot, and delicious!
